He took the time to explain to me the entire process, how to take care of my car after getting it wrapped, and also set expectations and set expectations on the life of the wrap. I asked about protective film for the bumper and hood of my vehicle and since I don't know anything about it I had a lot of questions lol. But he was patient and answered them all so I'm probably going to have that done also. I'll give an update and picture once the work is done but on first Impression I'm satisfied about my choice. You can get a quote online and then come in to pay your deposit (which I did today). The deposit is half of the expected work done. Like all things when it comes to cars, you pricing will vary based on the layout of your vehicle.

We were happy enough that we went straight back with our 2013 Lexus RX for a polish and ceramic coating. The change was incredible. It brought the black paint back to a deep mirror finish, eliminated a lot of the scratches, and honestly made it look years newer, all for a very reasonable price. His whole team is just as friendly. They brought us back into the shop to show us the work they were doing on our car, which no detailer has ever done for us. And there is zero upselling. The car looked STUNNING (and still does). Because of this excellent job, we have only looked to Quality Wraps for our wrapping needs (even though we live an hour away and there are wrap shops closer to where we live). We needed a quick wrap touch up on my old car before selling it and the job was done in about 30 minutes... This business responded same day and had the wrap sent to my home and it was delivered on 05/11. On the same day 05/11, we were told he was "waiting on the installer" to give us a time, then the text came he was in the hospital and he would find another installer. On Tuesday 05/12 at 8:30 Am, we received a long text stating he would not be able to come as the installer hadn't called him back. He asked to give him until Thursday and Thursday arrived and at 11:30 this business said they would send HALF the deposit back, as he didn't have anyone to install the wrap, HALF? I had my wrap done by another company that same day Thursday. on 05/27 this business said he would return 250$, which is not half and is still not acceptable since no work was completed and my time was wasted. On Friday, after I had the job completed by another company, he text saying he had someone new and he could "supervise" the new person, too late, it was already done because you stated you couldn't have the job completed!. On June 3, he text asking why we disputed the charge. I disputed the charge because you did NOT do the work. I am requesting you send someone to pick up your product as it is still here in the box. Otherwise, I will begin to charge a storage fee for this product I cannot use. This is now abandoned property so please reach out within the next 14 days to arrange pickup of the wrap you had sent to my home and never completed the work. It is still in the box and in brand new condition. What a scam to take people's money, not show up and then try and keep half of the deposit when you didn't even show up! This is 100% on you! Please reach out to Kevin as you were corresponding via text with him, to schedule a time and date to pick up your product. We just received a text from this business stating they refunded $250, and they did NOT. I double checked my statement and account.
