I come here multiple times a month to print items for my job. I have been told multiple times to…read moreemail my print order in advance in order to be able to pick up. Every time I do that whether it is an hour or two hours before pick up, the order is never ready. Today I had to wait over 15 minutes and was charged a $35 printing fee that I have never been charged before. Youd think since my order took longer than an hour and a half to just print 100 copies on standard paper that they would be courteous, but that is not the case. The ladies are usually nice and atleast sympathetic for the wait times but the older guy that works there .. is bland and rude.

Setting up a relative's home office & after two other locations were reported closed, another seven…read moremiles I ended up here. On a filing/organizing mission I came for trays, files & portable file boxes. The file boxes I wanted were on the top shelf, I went to the back to front of the store, spoke to the Cashier & by time I turned around, Hannah was present to assist me. After up & down on the ladder, Hannah grabbed a hanging folder to ensure it would fit...it did. She carried the file boxes to the front for me & actually rang me up.
