The women's bathroom was pristine, and had additional sanitary measures like plastic toilet covers for a clean seat every time. The walls were also painted with a cheerful sun and flower scene. Very nice, especially if you have a little one to change. Lots of drink options, though unfortunately no seltzer (my go-to). There are plenty of snacks, some premade sandwiches and other fresh fare, and ice cream. They also had a bowl of ice water out for dogs, which our thirsty pups appreciated!

It was filthy, completely unsanitary, and honestly a health hazard. It's clear no one is maintaining the restrooms, and it shows. If I could give it zero stars, I would. They have no fruit available. apparently they can't sell it because of covid??? and also the salad place is no longer there and hasn't been there for awhile. so dont go there if you are hoping for salad or fruit or some kind of healthy snack. plenty of soda and junk food though. The clerk was friendly though and helpful and apologetic of their lack of salad and the sign. Restrooms were clean. Not sure why its a travel center. didn't seem to be much different than any other gas station.

When I went inside to use the restroom they must have just been serviced because they were squeaky clean. There is a Carl's Jr there as well that was open late and tempted as I was I didn't want to start getting sleepy from being deliciously full while driving. The cashier was also very friendly, smiling and waving to customers and welcoming people in.

I called twice to ask for the code because otherwise I wouldn't be able to get fuel. A rude woman answered the phone without the proper greeting they usually answer with. She never gave me her name, but she demanded to know who I was. I explained that I'm a trucker and that I just want to fuel up. She then transferred me to their shop, who couldn't help me since they aren't responsible for the pumps. I was really disappointed because other locations have never treated me this way any time I've called to ask. Love's is notorious for their friendliness but I felt disrespected, their lack of customer service was not okay. Because of this negative experience I just left to get fuel at a different travel stop instead.
