This is a great place to stop for some gas and a break from the road. They have a nice clean dog area (probably because this is one of the few places I've seen that actually keeps themstocked with bags) so I was able to let my dog out for a bit, which was great. When I went inside to use the restroom they must have just been serviced because they were squeaky clean. There is a Carl's Jr there as well that was open late and tempted as I was I didn't want to start getting sleepy from being deliciously full while driving. I noticed this Love's off the freeway and decided to pull in for fuel. Im a truck driver and the company I work for requires me to call dispatch with the Love's comdata code. I called twice to ask for the code because otherwise I wouldn't be able to get fuel. A rude woman answered the phone without the proper greeting they usually answer with. She never gave me her name, but she demanded to know who I was. I explained that I'm a trucker and that I just want to fuel up. She then transferred me to their shop, who couldn't help me since they aren't responsible for the pumps. I was really disappointed because other locations have never treated me this way any time I've called to ask. Love's is notorious for their friendliness but I felt disrespected, their lack of customer service was not okay. Because of this negative experience I just left to get fuel at a different travel stop instead. read more

Great location! I travel all over the USA and I'm certainly not bashing anyone, I'm in a Loves almost daily and am just wondering if this is an area where it is hard to get dependable help? The lady in the store was cleaning the hot dog area and I could tell she needed some help as she was the only one working the front. Trash on floors, etc. Most Loves have a lot of employees to keep stores in great condition. I hope the management can find some dependable employees soon! stooped for gas and restrooms. evetrjkng was nice and clean inside. The dog walk area was disgusting. You couldn't take a step inside the area or outside if it without almost stepping in some waste. No bags, but that's ok, should bring your own. I don't believe staff ever has cleaned it. read more

I had to stay at this Love's in my car during a horrible snowstorm that hit unexpectedly. I went into the Love's, bought things, talk with the staff - and really, its a pretty good Love's! Staff was super friendly - I was able to access all I needed. I do not recommend their internet. I bought a 24 hour internet from them and it just did not work and I was cheated out of half of it. But other than that, staff treatment and everything else was very good for me in an emergency on the road to Utah. Yes, I recommend this place. read more

Loves staff are stand offish, bathroom paper isn't stocked well, but they have plenty of snacks and drinks. Fuel prices vary greatly from location to location. It's my goto when I am on the road as the facilities are usually the cleanest out of the truck stops along my route. read more

If you ever have problems with your diesel near Laramie Wy Loves is a great place. While traveling near Cheyenne our diesel truck started overheating. We sought assistance from several truck service providers and came up with no help. We limped into Laramie. Found Loves and found John. Great gas station to stop at off of the I-80. Ive stopped at some dingy, nasty gas stations on this trip and this bathroom was the nicest bathroom ever! Same vibes as S Club 7 stumbling upon the magic bathroom on their way to Hollywood. Great gas prices as well. Only thing is that the air pump is currently broken. Hopefully they fix it soon.
