Can anybody please tell me how you can cancel something 2 Hours PRIOR OF THE BOOKING"? Seems like their cancelation policy is so convoluted that their own service folks don't understand it. Due to this I asked for a little leeway as a new potential customer and this being my first time using them and they said no.
