The venue itself was beautiful and the perfect space for our Celebration of Life. I had planned to wait until the pending wall issue was resolved before leaving a review. Minor damage was discovered during our final walkthrough, which we immediately acknowledged and have made every effort to take responsibility and make right. Afterward, I contacted the owner about a small flower arrangement that had been left behind. I was given times it could be picked up, although the communication felt short and dismissive. When my friend went to retrieve it, she was met with comments like, "All this over that little plant?" and "All this just to waste everyone's time?" What may have seemed like "just a plant" was actually a sentimental gift from a son to his mother. Considering we had just gathered for a Celebration of Life, a little compassion would have gone a long way. Again, the venue itself was nice and worked perfectly for our event. Unfortunately, this particular interaction was disappointing and lacked the level of courtesy and professionalism I would expect from a venue owner.

Anna is the biggest sweetheart and makes some DAMN GOOD coffee. The ambiance is ideal for an ADHD girly like myself to get work done (please please please extend the hours I BEG) and I seriously can not recommend Cultivate enough !!!!!
