The pain in my back was on and off for multiple years and before I went it was actually causing me to curve forward to relieve the pain. However, having had five treatments at Barefoot, my pain level has subsided by about 60% and considering my progress, over the course of several more treatments, I feel my pain will be alleviated completely. I am amazed and could not be more grateful for having gone to Barefoot rehab. I would recommend them to anyone who has experienced chronic pain and has not been able to get relief. The only reason I am lowering my review is due to the cost and the fact treatment didn't work for me. The cost was explained very clearly up front- I understood that. Unfortunately I was told the area I needed treatment (we figured out via MRI) hadn't had much success for other patients either. It sucked because I spent well over a thousand dollars to receive treatments that didn't make a difference. I do appreciate Dr. Nicos honesty as he suggested I stop treatment since there was little to no improvement, it was just unfortunate I had to spend so much money to figure that out. But as mentioned, everyone was friendly, professional and I was aware of the cost. I took the risk, and was one that it didn't work for.
