Then, 2 years ago they lost my lab results so I had to schedule another appointment, fast, and get blood drawn a second time- frustrating but gave them benefit of doubt. For this years physical, I've now been called to reschedule my appointment 3 different times in a row- each time after taking off work and making plans, being told there's nothing they can do and it going to be another several months out. No option, no help. The first time in had to reschedule, they let me know the day I came into the office. These people clearly don't want your business, so do them the favor and do not give it to them.

They've provided various excuses, yet I still have not been seen or my scans reviewed or prescriptions filled. I've been a patient at this clinic for about 7 years, I have been extremely pleased with my care…read more Marie is very thorough and is always up to date on the latest recommendations for medical care; I know how challenging it can be to stay up to date with all the changes, having worked in the medical field myself before retiring. On the other hand, if she feels that a visit with a specialist is needed she doesn't hesitate to make a referral. I've never been kept waiting more than a few minutes past my scheduled appt time and have never felt like I was rushed or didn't have time to ask any questions I had. She in fact spent at least an extra 45 minutes with me at one recent visit - I was much sicker than I realized and she recognized right away that I needed to be transferred to the ER. She made all the necessary calls, and kept an eye on my condition until the paramedics arrived. She is prepared to deal with urgent problems like the one I was having but also takes the time to go thru everything health-related at least every year and makes sure that I'm up to date on my vaccines, etc. I feel very lucky to have found such a competent and empathetic medical provider.

Now after two years, and two annual visits, the last of which was virtual, my five star rating is every bit as valid. There's not a hint of pretentiousness here. She's professional, yet easy going. For instance, there's a certain diagnostic test recommended for women within my age group. For personal reasons I choose not to have one. While she expressed its importance, and urged I have one, she respected my right to choose. I respect and appreciate that. Also, being she's independent, and not part of a busy practice, with multiple physicians, you're all that matters here. There's not a labyrinth of room filled hallways where you're placed inside an exam room waiting for what feels like forever for a doctor to go "knock-knock". With Marie, it's just you. She's there for you at exam time. No long waits. I'll never again choose anyone other than a nurse practitioner as primary care provider. And as long as Marie is available. I'll not choose anyone other than her. She has her own practice, not an office full of employees. When you call she'll likely answer, not a staff member. If you leave a message she won't take long to respond. If you're forgetful and forget to call in a refill, and you run out, she's responsive. I called, left a message on her day off. never expecting her to respond same day. Lo and behold, she did! She called it in right away! She took time away from her day of rest to care for me. I couldn't believe it! Who does that? Marie Amina Aryan, that's who! I'm so fortunate to have found her. Thank you Marie! I'll see you when due. Be well! Best wishes! Sandra Riddell

No email, no phone call, no contact through either of their "online" portal systems. Sent me to collections for $60 without ever contacting me or my wife. I've never been sent to collections before in my life and since my credit doesn't matter anymore, I will not be paying it. I think they should be sued for turning people over to collections without notification, especially when they take my credit card every time I walk in the door! So it's my fault you charged my credit card, but not for the correct amount? I will never be going back and based on all the stellar 1* reviews here, I've learned my lesson to now check first. *FYI: if anyone is planning on suing and wants to it to be a class action, feel free to contact me.

Instead of even looking at the symptoms I was having, they decided to draw a bunch of blood from me. Too much it seems because I ended up fainting. They should know that you're can't take that much blood at once. Long story short, I go in complaining about ringing in my ears, and based on my blood tests, the doctor wanted to prescribe me topical steroids because my T-levels were supposedly low. Don't know what that has to do with my T-levels, but I know that cortisol/adrenal fatigue which I suffer from has a lot to do with that, so even though the doctor didn't even address my original concern, I asked him if from the liter of blood he took, they had tested my cortisol levels. Answer: No. This place is an absolute joke. Don't go here.

They asked me to come in for an initial visit prior to having my annual exam. That's fine, but I mistakenly assumed this initial visit, where nothing other than BP and build was measured, would be considered part of my annual exam and billed as such (my insurance covers one annual exam/year). At this visit, I talked to the NP for about 30 minutes (which included her leaving the room twice to deal with another patient--I was nice and didn't complain about this although it was inappropriate). She asked me to schedule my exam in approximately a month. This weekend I received a bill for this initial visit. I called the office to verify whether this initial visit was considered part of the annual exam; it is not. So I'm paying for a 30 minute conversation that was not valuable to me in any way. My suggestion to this practice is to let patients know up front they will be paying for an initial conversation if they want to establish care there. It's not a huge amount of money, but it's money out of my pocket for zero return. There are plenty of practices that will provide quality, efficient care without taking advantage of their customers in this way, and I will be moving my care to one of them.
