This medical office operates more like an urgent care than an internal medicine practice. I was seen for an urgent matter, but was told to follow up with my regular PCP. I made an appointment with her and found out two days before that it was scheduled with the wrong doctor. Then the day of my appointment i was called and told me my appointment needed to be rescheduled to a different time that day. I was seeing dr. Fowler as my pcp and while she was mostly attentive, she did mention that my painful symptoms sounded like anxiety. which is a great answer when you simply don't know what is wrong with someone. Prior to Dr. fowler was seeing another physician in a sister practice ( both st Anthony's at the time ) that told me losing 10 pounds within a month may be because of my previous eating disorder from 20 years back. Even though I was consistently eating 2000 cal a day which would be sufficient to sustain my weight . This particular practice will not pay attention to details, they will not listen to you, they will simply put a Band-Aid on some thing and send you somewhere else. These are the details of what happened but how they made me feel was even worse, that my health doesn't matter. read more

The PCP was fine. However, Common Spirit bills for everything and overcharges. They charged $150 for cleaning out ear wax. You can buy the same tool they use online for $20. They charged $30 for a depression screening (which is a 1 page piece of paper you fill out that they do nothing with). They are not a mental health practice, they don't need to do that. I didn't ask for it and I didn't need it and yet they charged for it. I have never been charged for a piece of laminated paper in my life. Just an exceptionally greedy organization. read more

I rarely need to see a doctor, but when I do, it's an immediate need. I called yesterday to get a simple referral to a PT for a hand injury I sustained over the weekend. I've already had it x-rayed and talked to the urgent care doctor I saw when it happened, so there was no need for me to come in. The front desk said they'd talk to my doctor (Fowler) and give me a call back. They called back today stating the doctor wanted to see me. The earliest they could schedule me in was the 31st, 30 days from now! I've gotten used to them telling me at least 2 weeks for a short appointment, but a month?! If I put off PT that long, I risk losing movement in my hand. I'm officially looking for a new doctor. I liked Fowler but there has to be some process to get people in when they need it. read more

Loved Dr Beaunier and set up appointments without a problem. Transferred to Dr Fowler, made an appointment on-line (trying to call a Doctors office is difficult) received confirmation a week out, was sent a medical history form to fill out on-line, then received a phone that I was not an established patient and Dr Fowler was not taking new patients and my appointment was cancelled. Well I am not new to the office, and I should have been told earlier. Dr Fowler is the only female in the office and that is what I prefer. Ok, the whole practice is a joke. I had a car accident that caused a serious neck injury and my doctors are recommending surgery. I'd like to see a another neck surgeon for a second opinion, but all are requiring a referral from my PCP. The earliest Centura Health can get me in is 3 weeks from now. Guess they don't understand the meaning of severe pain. Highly recommend you find someone else. read more

Dr. Fowler told me she would run a certain test and that the price would be reasonable. I called the lab to confirm pricing for the test number she gave me before anything was done- $100. After testing I received a bill for $800 and found out a completely different set of tests were run without my consent- the lab confirmed this fact to me with documentation. At no time was this change communicated to me until I received this large bill. Her office was extremely unhelpful and told me there was no recourse for the discrepancy. They simply don't care. Why would they? The patients are the ones who end up holding the bag when they don't communicate properly or do their jobs. Never again. read more

Terrible doctor and horrible office. Let my mother sit for over a week with a UTI despite numerous calls. They don't answer the phone and don't return calls. I finally had to drive to the office and demand to talk with somebody. Dr. Fowler appears to be inattentive and uncaring. I asked on 3 different occasions if Dr. Fowler would please call me to discuss-no response. Office staff are clueless. Good luck! read more

I made an appointment here because my wife was referred to this office after getting some tests done at St. Anthony and she did not have a doctor at the time. She told me she really liked Dr. Beauneir so I called and made an appointment because I was looking for a new doctor as well. I got all the normal hoopla for a new patient and they scheduled the appointment 2 weeks out. The receptionist told me to arrive 15 minutes early to do any paperwork. After two weeks went by I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I filled all the paperwork out and then I was told I was supposed to show up 30 minutes before my appointment and that she was busy and had a tight schedule so she could not see me and if I wanted to see a doctor that day I could see another doctor. So after the anger subsided I saw the other doctor, Dr. Star Fowler. She was very nice and saw me for my appointment. What really prompted me to write this review is that on my way out of the appointment Dr.Baeunier was sitting there at her desk. I have also tried to call into this office again and it seems their phone system is a mess, it zeroed me into phone land and said they had 3,000 voice mails waiting. All in all this place is seriously a kind of a train wreck and I didn't appreciate the dishonesty in seeing the doctor I was scheduled to see. Plus the receptionists there are seriously either inexperienced or have no idea what they are doing. read more

Great office and loved Dr. Beauneir. Friendly and caring. Had no issues scheduling and other than a lot of forms to fill out was very pleased. So glad I found my new doctor. read more
