I came in as a walk in after catching a virus and they were so kind and helpful. They were able to see me so quickly and get me out pretty fast as well. I also loved how nice they were to me from the front desk, nurse, and then the provider. They were all sweet women, I'll probably start coming here instead of UC Health which I also love but they were just quicker and nicer here. read more

I needed to visit for an urgent skin condition while visiting for the holidays. I've been to this location before (when I lived in the area and they had a different name). As was consistent with my other visits, there was a VERY short wait time (but they had a few people waiting when I left.) The woman at the front desk (who told me that isn't her normal location) was extremely nice as well as professional. The woman who took my vitals was also nice and efficient. I really appreciated the nurse practitioner. She not only helped me with the urgent skin issue, but also sent in a referral to get help with another urgent issue with my knee which, I knew in advance, could probably not be helped at urgent care. (I've seen the specialist she referred me to before and this is my best bet at getting seen before I return home.) I looked at reviews for several different urgent care locations and I was unimpressed. I'm glad I came to this location. I appreciate not only the help for my skin, but for the added help with my knee. read more

What a great experience. Not only were the staff so friendly, but NP Megan was the best health care I've received in this city. UCHealth ran me round and round for 3 weeks. Finally yesterday I went to this urgent care where she got to the root of the problem, gave me the treatment I needed and have needed for 3 weeks. Visited twice for different visit. The people here are very kind and sympathetic. The service is fast and solved my health issues.

The receptionist was very unfriendly on the phone and in person. The MA that roomed me was a little bit snarky and not very sympathetic of my illness. Nurse practitioner Shawna did provide me good care. I was rushed out the door by the discharge person, she didn't even make eye contact or ask me if I had questions. I felt like I was treated differently here because I had Covid. read more

I honestly don't know how to adequately describe how amazing the staff are at this facility. My husband went here after hurting his back a couple weeks ago and came home telling me what a positive experience it was (fast, nice staff, etc). I brushed it off until I ended up there today with a broken foot--turns out, he was right. Chris, Rob, and Caleb (nurse practitioner, x-ray, and MA I believe) are three of the most knowledgeable, kind, funny, and caring people I've met in a long time. I've become accustomed to medical offices with long waits, inattentive staff, and doctors that are dismissive and poor listeners. Not here. I was seen at this clinic by Dr. Shawna Hooper. I was seen for a sinus infection. which I have had all my adult life, frequently. in my 57 years of experience, the only cure that has worked for me has been erythromycin / z-pack. sometimes even used with steroids. First thing this doctor walks in and tells me is that every doctor that has prescribe me that antibiotic, was wrong. Because it does not work for sinus infections. So when I asked her, how could that be, because it did cure my sinus infection every time they gave it to me. She stated "it must have been a placebo effect. " I then said I thought you give antibiotics when there is an infection and running a low fever of 99. She then stated "99 is not a fever". So I guess all the other doctors all my life I have been wrong. And I gues at 57 years old I know nothing. I guess at this point in her life, she knows EVERYTHING...... or so she believes. If i could leave 0 stars i would, this was by far the stupidest and worst urgent care i have been to. I took my wife in for sinus infection symptoms right? The usual severe facial pressure and green phlegm etc. Dr. Debora Jane Tota (NP) is unprofessional and rude! She looks at us and tells us she wont treat for a sinus infection because she doesn't believe thats the issue. Then proceeds to ask us what WE think is wrong. We explained again the same symptoms and her response was "we don't treat until you have full onset symptoms" we attempted to explain that since we work in a close area in a warehouse that they wont let us come back with any symptoms of ANYTHING due to the pandemic and were losing money, so please treat her. Heres where it got bad, her snappy response was " well ill give it to you but if you come back sicker in 2 weeks then don't look for me, another physician can see you" at that point my wife shut down because she has pretty bad anxiety. I tried speaking up for her despite being fuming angry. She never listened to anything i said and then started getting in my wife's face demanding eye contact. My mother was a nurse for 35 years and i have never heard or seen such stupid and rude patient treatment. She finally left and then didn't come back another much nicer nurse gave us the info. I do NOT and will not recommend this place to anyone especially if you have anxiety and cant make eye contact. read more

Went there on the weekend for ear ache and knew just needed antibiotics. Charged my insurance $461 and my charges owed $259. Total insurance scam. Tried to dispute and if I had said don't go through insurance it was $150. Over charging scam and was only seen by a nurse practitioner. Never disclosed up front pricing. read more
