Now it's past the time I had to schedule the vacation in April so now I have to goto Disney in the summer time when it's even more crowded and I don't get to escape this brutal Pennsylvania cold weather. While the principal wasn't calling me back I guess she was talking to my kids mother and she told her, according to the kids mother that the kids are only allowed to have 10 unexcused absences for 5 years. I never heard of such a thing, so the option of just taking them without the permission was out the window due to the scare fracture they put on the mother.

The certification isn't worth anything because of the "pay and you get papers" reputation of the place. When I went we had people coming in without any of the work done, openly cheating during testing, eating their lunches in the classrooms. Even one teacher who spent most of the time talking about getting a boob job. I spent lots of money to be put in a class full of racist people that didn't care what happened to their Pell grant just to get sub par training that was mostly outdated or unneeded once I went out to the field. Within 6 months of landing my job I had to retake most of my classes at "a real training program" as my boss said. Looks like it's still the same thing years later.

During my enrollment, I experienced conduct by a school employee that I believed crossed professional boundaries and made me uncomfortable continuing in the program. As a result, I ultimately withdrew from the school. Afterward, I made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve the matter directly with the school. I communicated with management, participated in a formal demand process, and provided a detailed written statement when additional information was requested. Despite those efforts, I have yet to receive a meaningful resolution. I am sharing this review because I believe prospective students should know that, in my experience, resolving serious concerns after they arise has been extremely difficult. I remain willing to resolve this matter professionally and hope the company will engage in a constructive dialogue.

I feel very bad for the children at this daycare. The staff say they are educated in early…read morechildhood education but they do NOT present that in the classrooms. First of, the rooms themselves are very unorganized and cluttered. The floors are always dirty. They have multiple children with special needs in the classrooms who they don't get assistance for. They mix 4 year olds with the 1 and 2 year olds. They are consistently out of ratio. They DO NOT bring the children outside on the play ground or for walks. They are stuck in that one room all day long. And then they wonder why they have such behavioral issues with the kids?! I have caught the staff in multiple lies between teachers and the directors/owners. Overall, these people promised us the world when we enrolled our child and didnt end up meeting any of those expectations. They were given directions by our childs Occupational Therapist on how to help him and they NEVER followed any of them. I would never EVER recommend this center to anyone, not even for a day! Terrible staff and idiot director/owners!
