Worst branch ever. Three weeks ago I sat in the drive thru and was not greeted by anyone for ten…read moreminutes. Called the republic customer service line who called the branch and let them know someone was waiting...more than seven minutes passed before she finally shows. I made my cash deposit and she never even said a WORD once it was made. Just threw the receipt in the tube and walked away. Last week tried to close account but had to make cash deposit to bring total to 0.00 because unexpected auto withdrawal was posted. Teller told me I had to wait 24 hours before she closed and guaranteed that I did not need to return to close account and that she sent herself email to do it following day. Ha. I'm back at the branch a week later because she failed to do her job. And now she's arguing with me from another teller location. Ridiculously unprofessional. I've never had issues with other branches but unfortunately this was nearest my new home. Avoid at all costs.

If you start your application online and are unable to finish it online, the branch has problems finishing your application because their online and in branch systems are different. I did run in to this problem, but the in branch staff did work everything out. The entire staff, from the Branch Manager, to Customer Service and tellers, are friendly and make you feel welcome. They also make you feel like your business is appreciated! BTW, there is another IMCU branch on Grantline Rd in New Albany IN.

When I reached the bank, the first business really to stop in to rest and cool off, an employee came up to me and asked if I needed anything. I asked for water and without even asking me if I was a customer he provided me a bottle. It turns out I am not a customer and am happy with my current bank but I am happy to leave a positive review for Republic Bank based on this impressive customer service experience and, if necessary, I would look into turning to them in the future.

I was able to open an account online, enable to get checks and a debit card in the mail. They made it very easy to open accounts, a customer service representative reached out to me to help make sure I had everything I needed. It was really easy and streamlined. I've gone into the bank itself a few times and have found it helpful it's very kind individuals. It's been a good banking experience.

How do I know he ignores them? He ended up including me on an email chain for an entirely different customer that shared a first name with me and then when I called him out on it and accused him of abandoning me and ignoring my emails for help from a week ago he proceeded to ignore me again once he realized he had messed up. All Eclipse does is sell your loan to someone else so why even get approved through them if this is how they treat you when your loan is sold off?

Now they follow processes for legal reasons so some clients may not get what they want but a notary has to follow the rules.
