The lady who helped me at first was trying to say I was disputing it because I couldn't afford it (not the case, just didn't get paid yet). Almost judging I didn't have a lot to begin with. She then tried to blame the charge on my mom even though the charge was made in a completely different state. This resulted in her reporting the issue wrong, not even what I was asking. I don't know if she had a hard time processing what I was trying to say OR wasn't listening because when I called the regular PNC customer service they understood exactly what my problem was. The teller was almost talking down to me and "dumbing" everything like I was kid even though i'm 24/25. Even the lady on the customer service line was shocked how this teller treated me.

I usually always use the drive thru and the workers are always very nice and work with a quickness. No real complaints from me. They always deliver the services I need. They do have shorter hours and close early on a Saturday ( noon) but for a smaller bank in a smaller community I understand that.

Called the republic customer service line who called the branch and let them know someone was waiting...more than seven minutes passed before she finally shows. I made my cash deposit and she never even said a WORD once it was made. Just threw the receipt in the tube and walked away. Last week tried to close account but had to make cash deposit to bring total to 0.00 because unexpected auto withdrawal was posted. Teller told me I had to wait 24 hours before she closed and guaranteed that I did not need to return to close account and that she sent herself email to do it following day. Ha. I'm back at the branch a week later because she failed to do her job. And now she's arguing with me from another teller location. Ridiculously unprofessional. I've never had issues with other branches but unfortunately this was nearest my new home. Avoid at all costs.

How do I know he ignores them? He ended up including me on an email chain for an entirely different customer that shared a first name with me and then when I called him out on it and accused him of abandoning me and ignoring my emails for help from a week ago he proceeded to ignore me again once he realized he had messed up. All Eclipse does is sell your loan to someone else so why even get approved through them if this is how they treat you when your loan is sold off?
