Great care, unfortunately I believe they are engaging in Medicare/Medicaid/insurance fraud in the back office. Never pay the same copay twice, my insurance company tells me I have no co pay and they keep piling up. Was forced to make a payment plan to be seen for a completely unnecessary follow up appointment where the person i saw admitted this appointment served no purpose. Good care, they just bilk you for money. I can't figure out how to report the scam. read more

I know Commonwealth Pain and Spine is probably sick of my accolades, but Dr. Erica Greenwell is an Earthly Angel, Amanda, Jennifer, and all the loving staff are as well. I've been through Hell, and still in a bad place yet I owe these gals far more than words, their impeccable service and compassion really help me heal. I know I aggravate them far more than I should and yet their love is expressionless. They breach every aspect of kindness, people have no idea or clue how loving SOULS they truly all are! Dr. Sosnin decided to end our patient-doctor relationship on Feb 8th that I was moving on to…read moreanother practice in April. He said once you tell a physician you're leaving the practice - the service ends. I've left other practices and have NEVER been told that by anyone. Dr. Sosnin set up several referrals which required transportation referrals as well. His office has yet to complete them. These are all referrals made weeks prior to his ending service. Today I was informed he would not complete them because I was withholding medical information and I was being rude. How is it rude to expect a physician to do their job? He also refuses to complete the paperwork on my wheelchair (present one is broken). He says my new female physician can do it when I see her in April. I have never seen a physician have a hissy fit. This was completely unprofessional.
