As a RN, my expectations of healthcare provided to both my family and me are of the utmost professionalism, knowledge, skill, and compassion. I don't want to be treated as a number and rushed. In both professional and personal capacity, I have seen both the worst and those whose excel. iPS Glasgow location went beyond excel to phenomenal care. From the time I walked in until discharge, my care was prompt but not rushed, provided ample tome for me to address my concerns with the medical staff (Sherri, my CRNA, today was so wonderful--I was anxious about an experience at another IPS location repeating itself--she completely alleviated my concerns), the procedure was just like I wanted--pain-free both during and after, I was given time to ask any questions before leaving, was escorted straight to my awaiting ride by a RN (sorry I forgot her name but she did introduce herself), and the facility was sparkling clean! Dr. Rodney Miller has been exceptional at all three visits, but I am so glad IPS BG RP did not have any available appointment with him in a timely manner--he and his team in Glasgow really set the gold standard in healthcare today!!! It was so nice to leave pain-free comfortable knowing I had received the best care possible, pleasantly sleepy after being up about 16 to 18 hours previously (night shift RN), and no longer anxious about my final epidural in this series of 3 in December. I am so glad I ended up at IPS Glasgow because of scheduling availability. Otherwise, I would not have had the opportunity to experience healthcare the way it should be. I just cannot compliment the entire team (MD, CRNA, RN, Receptionist, and anyone that keeps the office sparking clean) appropriately and sufficiently! They hit the ball out of the park for my healthcare appointment with them. Thanks to all!!!

I wanted to offer a much deserved review for a doctor and his team that truly deserves it…read more Throughout the last decade over and over when I can get up and participate in life like a normal human, when I wasn't able to do the things I can do now for years and years, I realize I owe that to God and to Dr Briones. I search for help visiting doctor after doctor without any relief or answers. We spent thousands on different options and attempts to turn my life around or just make it bearable again, all ending in failure. Then I was directed to Dr Briones. It wasn't an immediate over night miracle cure but sticking with it and giving it time, it's not like I can run a marathon or feel like I did before all this began but he keeps everything tolerable and under control (when the insurance will allow us to follow his advice) I can participate in life again. I don't sit on the sidelines or wait for my family by the exits. I am so much more active now in my 50's than I was in my 30's. Even though I still have pain and of course I would love to be able to do more I am just so so grateful to Dr. Briones, LeAnne and Emily (a wonderful former assistant) for getting me to where I am now and giving me the opportunity to enjoy life again without just watching from afar. I love you guys for treating me more like family than a patient or just a file in front of them.

The assisting staff of Sarah and Brittany are both kind, patient and accommodating. They are also very friendly and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable, even when I have lots of questions. Diane is kind, first and foremost. She listens to my symptoms and concerns, my goals (short term and long term) and partners with me. I feel that my concerns are always addressed and that I know she has listened to me fully. She is also welcome to newer medicine ideas, which are fully appreciated. I highly recommend for normal medical care, weight loss, and/or assistance with an overall healthy lifestyle

She focuses heavily on balance, giving myself grace, and sustainability when suggesting changes I can make that may help, instead of suggesting 180 degree life overhauls. I have suffered from disordered eating for my entire life and since being in her care I have developed such a better relationship with food and my health and my body. She treats the mind and the body together and she doesn't just treat me, she teaches me and that makes all the difference in the world. I recommend her to EVERYONE!!!
