I popped in on a Saturday morning to check it out, they have the usual ATM machine inside the doors, I don't think there's one outside. There is a drive thru. It's much bigger than I expected on the inside. There's a lovely waiting area as well. They have a few teller windows and a few private spaces for consultations about other things like money management I suppose. Easy parking. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

Terrible customer service. The technician will go to the wrong address and not call. He left a…read morenotice he was there but was again at the wrong place and still no call. So I called to reschedule it. They say they can be there after 3pm. I leave them 2 different number to my adult children because unlike them. Some people actually have to work. They call 1 number and they cant get to that phone before he hangs up without leaving a message. Then call my daughter immediately after hanging up and she answered. The man said the service is canceled and will have to be rescheduled. The technician wasn't even near the property. Customer service was absolutely no help and I asked fro a supervisor to call me back. The supervisor was not interested in resolving the matter. She just kept saying the service was attempted and nobody answered the phone. Its really sad that they have the monopoly here. Because nobody at National fuel could find their backside with both hands. Zero stars givien.

When both Capital One and Chase were giving us trouble during the hurricane, Wells Fargo gave us no trouble at all. Nobody would give us the funds we needed in cash because of the "emergency"... And Wells Fargo did. This is the only branch in Western New York that I visited on a regular basis and I also like the design of the building right on the corner of the central area in the middle of Orchard Park so I have to give them a good high rating... and they're friendly as well.

This location is located on Amelia Drive, near two different Strip centers - theres a Marshalls, Premier Liquors, Home Goods, Target, Kohls, Childrens Place, Justice for Girls, Oreck and more. AAA is on a corner here and has easy parking. It looks small from the front, but when you go in you see how large it is. Its pretty long. At this location the FIRST thing you see is a cash register. A large one. Unusual from my experiences in other AAA's. I was there to return some books we had not used. She was pretty snarky about it. I was surprised. Usually they are super nice and pleasant when we return maps or books. The place was busy, all the travel agents were working with people and there were a few people in the waiting area too. Im always glad to see that type of thing. But Ill avoid this location in the future. I want polite and pleasant help in a place like this. Sorry for the 2 stars AAA. Perhaps you can discuss "customer experience" with your public facing staff. **This rating is not about the AAA in general. For a small fee you get terrific coverage. The exterior of the building is kept in excellent shape The indoor heated parking for owners is wonderful especially during those cold winter days and you never have to battle the elements. The board is attentive and cares for all its members. Its a great place to live in a perfectly situated area

Though the entrance to getting into the credit union has changed a bit - it's right inside LSH and the staff make it easier to deal with, because they know you by your name - have your information memorized and can take care of any task in the most timely manner ever! Getting a car loan or any type of loan is by far the easiest I've ever done when I deal with Joanne - she's been there since we first became members and makes every transaction seem like nothing. I've been to other banks and credit unions and sometimes they just don't make you feel like they are happy to see you - this isn't the case at this branch and it hasn't been the case at SUNY Fredonia either. Sure there may be that occasional bad teller, but over the years - this place has always been my home town financial institution!
