Church hunting isn't easy and you will never find a perfect church but the most important thing is definitely there: the word of God. They recently got a new pastor who really delivers the word well! I had the chance to speak to him and it seems that he used to be a youth pastor which may contribute to why I feel very engaged in the teachings and always come out feeling like I have really learned something. Now the church does have more of an older crowd and the worship portion is not what I am used to coming from a more contemporary background but I definitely encourage EVERYONE to come in and check this church out! p.s. the people are all very welcoming :)

This is a very beautiful church with lots of different ministries to get involved in, and ways to…read moregrow your faith. It's also very well-attended. My only minor issue is that I wish that the head priest (Fr. Mike) were more serious during the Mass and homilies. He constantly jokes throughout, which gets a little annoying and distracting when you are trying to be in the right frame of mind for Mass. He is very kind, but I think he goes a little overboard with the joking. Overall though, this is a very nice and welcoming Church and if you live in the area, it's a great parish to grow your faith.

You can do a quick…read moreverification of some of this without even stepping inside by driving through the parking lot and checking out all of the ~$300K sports and luxury cars parked everywhere. But be careful of the children of the congregation doing burn-outs during and after services (in the left parking lot when facing the church). They seem to have been given "tuner" cars with loud exhausts, so use caution when you hear this sound as it can be dangerous. The photos from the last reviewer are a little harsh though. I do think these people mean well, and they truly seem to believe that money/status is the only important sign that God is in a person's life. There is potential to turn things around with some better leadership, and real community outreach that isn't just Korean food stands that only cater to the existing congregation one day a year.

Pastor John, is the most perfect Pastor that gets the word of Jesus a crossed so perfectly. He was born for this job and shows it to his congregation every week. He has gotten through to me with his sermons so intensely and has made me a believer that Jesus Christ died for our sins, and will always be there for me, that I will be Baptized on 01/06/2019.
