(Then it was Bank of Jones County). We moved from there nearly 3 years ago. Still had the home and checking. Mortgage paid off. Drove back there earlier this week, 06-15-2026, to sell the home and close our accounts. All accomplished. On some of our home selling paperwork, a concern manifested. Took the paperwork and concern to the bank. Gena and Breanna went far and above expectations in determining addressing our concern. Note, the issue was NOT tied to the bank at all. Yet they did the legwork to determine if there was a problem or not. Fortunately no issue. Different name than then, different people than then. But still the same GREAT service! Thanks
