So, they lost my title…read morebut never admitted it they just steer away from that part but here it's 4 months after the loan was paid off still no title they said I had to come in and sign a lien release and bring it to the tax accessors office to release the lien and get a new title. So I have to drive 165 miles one way to go do their work so I drove it and when I got there it's impeccable timing the manager just so happen to be 5 hours away and couldn't do anything so I had to eat the 330 mile round trip at my expense only to be told they could mail it to me or I can come the next week and get the release well I was supposed to go the following Monday but decided to call and confirm the release is there and signed but no answer. I called 2-3 times a day leaving messages and never once heard back from them so I called today from a mississippi number I got from talk n text and what do you know they answered but when i said my name they abruptly put me on hold for 47 minutes only for them.to tell me to come get the release and i have to fund this trip as well but i will not let this go even if they hand delivered it to me at my home.. I'm actually in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Attourney Generals office in Mississippi and also going to file a.civil lawsuit against them...they done messed with the wrong one....

Couldn't make it back there within the "24 hour return policy" because they were closed the next day. Called on the next available day they were open and they refuse to give me a refund for selling me a broken item. For a pawn shop that obviously makes a lot of money based off their fancy store, this place is trash. Learn how to treat your customers better. I will never spend anymore money at you're store no matter how good of a deal you have. I will also never recommend anybody I know to go to your store. Poor management. Horrible staff. Horrible business antics.
