Please do not use this company, i have worked with credit repair companies a few times, instant results, this place i never received any credit report updates in the mail but once. Six months, they did fix one dispute, and Mike has a very nasty attitude, like he's paying me for doing nothing! I normally don't leave reviews, but I'm paying you, for what? I met with Mike Olden today I've never sought out help with this type of company. Being my first tome i was hoping to get a bit more insight on my situation. I sold my home in Minnesota and moved back yo vegas during the epidemic to provide advocate for two siblings that were very sick. Nothing went tight ! Found myself in a downwsrd spiral financially buried 4 siblings prior to beating the cost of the last two siblings death within the first year i arrived in vegas. Not going to lie i fell into a depression locked into a lease, fiancé n lost his job transfer due to COVID! This was 2021, it's 2024 and I'm just starting to think clearly. Trying to puck up my mess ... I filled out a form with my current information as it noted they would use credit karma to access my report. I was called into Mike's office, he informed me just what i figured (file bankruptcy)). It was good to have that second opinion, before leaving i asked for a copy of credit report, he told me i was free to log into the website and said he used my email then gave me the password. He gave me a referral for an attorney which was nice and welcomed me to return after 60 days of clearing bankruptcy . Great will do I got to my vehicle and tried opening my file on credit karma . I kept getting messages saying wrong email errors and it showed an email i hadn't used in 15 yrs ! I sent home a message with screen shot of error I text him back asking why he didn't use the email i submitted and told i don't have access thus it locked out the account He then called me saying when he went in to access my report , it showed i had an account with the other email so he logged into it instead. Then in an irritating tone, he said , oh, you're welcome! We ended the call. I found his attitude very unprofessional and the fact he hadn't mentioned he used a different email then what I provided on the form it had been a long time ago because i didn't recall having this account . The mess that i made for myself is embarrassing enough. I take full responsibility but honestly this man knew the frame of mind i was in as i clearly told him i have been in a state of depression since 2021, tears running down my face. Sensitivity training would be my suggestion . I have always worked hard 21 yrs for the State of Minnesota, regardless things happen to people but everyone deserves to be fully informed specially when a business is given permission to access such information I hate to leave this review but constructive criticism is good. I have to say that between Tony who originally helped me and explained everything clearly to me, Christina who basically harassed me by phone (kidding, she was very informative and prompt any time there was a new update), and Mike who showed me what my final options were, I will definitely be dealing with this business for all future financial situations. My credit was crap for many years and they fixed it for me at a reasonable price. Also, every time I went in there, every customer seemed to be happy. That tells me a lot, too! read more

No, I retract my previous apology. Sure, Mike called me after he read my complaint with his loud and bullying voice ready to insult me, but as I mentioned to him last time, as I am saying now: you took my money for future services rendered, and no one in the office followed up with me to take care of each creditor you charged me for. Now I am in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, and I just received two calls from two payday loans indicating that your office told them I am no longer with you. How do you know that? You never called me? And regardless of my banktuptcy status, you had an obligation to follow up with me because I paid you already. I am the victim here not you. read more
