They listen to all of our needs, and these flowers really helped frame our wedding, especially since it rained on the day of the wedding. So ridiculous. Purchased flowers online to be sent to a friend since I live out of state. The flowers delivered were hideous and looked nothing like what I ordered. Such a scam! It's one thing to make replacements, it's another to sell a bouquet and then not even attempt to recreate it. Will never recommend or shop from this business again. Bait and switch! read more

I ordered online, picking out flowers for my grandmother's funeral. I had said months ago, when it was time, I would take care of the flowers on behalf of all the family. I wanted to make sure my mom approved- so I made sure to bring my laptop and show her the options. Mom went for the more vibrant casket spray and I found a similar looking stand-up spray to coordinate. Plus I purchased an extra arrangement from my family with the intention that my mom would take it home- lilies, all the lilies. I noticed while ordering that they didn't deliver on Sunday- so I checked with the funeral home and set up to have the flowers delivered the day before the services. And added bonus- when we buried her, the flowers are a snack favorite of the deer that roam Bushnell's National Cemetery. A pretty expensive snack- but at the end of the day, the flowers gave more than just something pretty to look at. Thank you for the beautiful arrangements. read more

I received a beautiful tulip floral arrangement from my son for Mother's day from Community Florist. He ordered one in a pink vase with pink and white tulips. There was no pink vase, only a clear one. That was ok with me. Unfortunately, the flowers started dying off within 3 days which led me to believe they were not fresh to start with. It was very disappointing and I'm sure my son paid good money for them. Like I said the arrangement was very pretty but I had hoped to have them for at least a week. read more

I was actually referred to Community Florist by a competitor when that florist didn't have the materials to make an arrangement from their website. I looked at Community's website but didn't see the same type of cross I was interested in. I called in, spoke with Andrea and explained the situation. She was able to look at the competitors website and stated that they could duplicate the arrangement but would have to substitute some of the flowers. I ordered flowers for my mother as she won't be coming home for Christmas this year. I ordered them on line at about 8 am Saturday and they were delivered before noon. My mom was delighted. I was looking for a florist in the area who could design an arrangement to surround my son's cremains...I drove around for a while...stopped at several florists who were closed at 3 in the afternoon...came upon Community Florist and so delighted I did. I was a mess...I had a couple of ideas which included incorporating a baseball and a hockey puck...I'm sad to say I don't recall the name of the lady who worked with me as she was amazing! After looking at a catalog of arrangements I saw one that was perfect...I asked when I could pick it up...she suggested that it be delivered as I had enough on my plate as it was...it was waiting at the site of my son's "celebration of life" venue when I arrived...it was beyond my expectation. She's awfully good at giving more than full value for your money- I've had so many compliments on her flowers for so little investment. My son sent me a floral arrangement from Community Florist for Mothers Day. It was delivered with 6 pink roses in it or I should correct myself I mean 6 pink and BROWN (wilted) roses in it. So needless to say by the next day 3 of the roses had fallen over and were well on their way to being completely dead. The other 3 lasted one more day before they died. The conclusion was within 36 hours I had nothing but a vase with a bunch of filler greens in it, What a waste of money. My son called them and they offered 10 percent off the next order. REALLY! Do they honestly believe there will ever be a "next order". My son would have done better going to WalMart and getting a bunch of flowers a whole lot cheaper, at least they last more than a day and a half.
