DO NOT USE BEACON WOODS FLORIST. Ordered arrangement based on photographs provided. Flowers delivered did not contain the large Lillys, did not contain large roses, was mostly carnations. Item delivered was inferior. I have contacted both Beacon Woods and Teleflora multiple times requesting a bouquet as shown in picture be redelivered but have not received any response. I ordered a premium arrangement based off of the picture advertised on their site and what it includes. This is the arrangement that was sent. When I called to ask about that, he said it calls for "3 stems of roses". The picture alone on one side shows like 11-12 easy. The picture advertised vs what I was sent speaks for itself. I live out of state and wanted to have tulips delivered to my aunt for her birthday. Every other florist I called simply stated tulips were out of season so they couldn't get them. Beacon Woods Florist went out of their way to specially order tulips so they would be delivered to her on her birthday. I wanted to make sure she got them before a certain time of day, as she would be going out. After I made that request the morning of delivery, the tulips were delivered to her right away. Placed an order for a sympathy bouquet and then they called to upcharge the order without an adequate explination as to why. When I questioned this practice she was rude and argumentative. I authorized the upcharge and said I would take my business elsewhere in the future. She stated that she did not feel that she was being rude and said that I could take my business elsewhere now and canceled my order. I took my business elsewhere where there were happy to explain their charges without being rude or arguementative. I guess this florist doesn't need the business, and feels that they can do whatever they want for pricing with no questions from the customer. No thank you. I'll go elsewhere. read more

Beacon Woods Florist is the only Floral shop that I will use to buy flowers for my mother! They do business the way business should be done, through direct personal care and attention. Having made the mistake of dealing first with a 'floral ordering' company called JUST FLOWERS and realizing the deception and numerous complaints against them -- I canceled my order and reordered from Beacon Woods Florist. I was able to order the same exact arrangement and because Beacon Woods Florist charged LESS for both the flowers and the delivery I ordered the 'Deluxe' instead of the 'Shown' which has more flowers and it still cost less! My mother is very happy with the beautiful arrangement that she received! read more
