I have used Community in the past with excellent results and today only proved why I keep going…read moreback. I had a problem with my Malibu and called around for pricing. Community gave me a quote and set a time to look at the car. At the time, it was a week, due to high volume. While not excited about that, I understand they are busy. I took my car in last night and got a call this morning about the car. They were confused why I took the car in because I wasn't on their schedule, despite doing it a week ago, but looked at it anyways (huge thumbs up for them here). When I asked for the price, it came in $200 higher then I was told twice on the phone. I explained the entire situation to Mike and he honored the price that was quoted to me. I got the call the car was ready two hours later and pick-up was a breeze. I know some would say that there were a few problems but that is some of the best costumer service I have seen in a long time and they were quick to fix it - I will be back. Thanks Mike!

Took car in for oxygen sensor errors and to be checked out. They charged $160 just to check it out…read morewithout doing anything ended up replacing One sensor which was the easiest to replace . Still had the errors afterwards and I was told that it would away . Had a clunk when I test drove and power steering noise was told he didn't know what the issue was with the power steering without checking it out and the clunking noise was a tie rod needed replaced but he couldn't check anything else out he was only checking out the oxygen sensor . So what was the $160 for? The tie rod ended up being a bad strut that broke going down the road if you enjoy throwing $160 away for absolutely nothing and not getting your vehicle fixed properly take it here

Bought a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. Within the first 2-3 weeks of purchase, the check engine light came…read moreon and the window regulator went bad. They took care of the check engine light which ended up being a fuel pressure cylinoid. It was covered under the limited warranty. When I asked for the same treatment for the window, I called George the Manager and he was very rude and told me what do you expect it's a used car. Then told me if I wanted it fixed for free I would have to drive from Bloomington, MN and get it done. I'm a single dad who works fulltime. I don't have time to waste gas money, lunch money. And the bill for the window regulator was only 208$ bucks and he told me if I didn't want to drive down then he would reimburse me HALF of the bill. So I called the Manager's boss who owns the place and left a voicemail about my plight and he never returned my phone call. My mother who was sold the car by MARK BYRD, Mark told her that he would help me take care of it. Only to find out he didn't have the authority to help, so he made a false promise and worsened the problem. I drove around with a busted window for 2 weeks before I finally had enough and just paid the $208 bucks. This isn't my first time having issues with them. Before then I had a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt that didn't last 1 1/2 years cause the transmission went out. Prior to that I had it in the shop after not having it long at all. And these repairs were expensive. They took care of those but it definitely wasn't GEORGE OR MARK BYRD WHO HELPED SOLVE ANY OF THE ISSUES. This place sells lemons and hides behind a popular brand like Chevy and treats customers like crap after they got your money. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you like spending time in auto shops every week.
