After providing her with the exact same information as I had given the other companies, she said she could not provide a quote. Apparently Miller's does not have access to a wide variety of products since I later called another agency and again had no problem getting a quote using the same details. Maybe Kate didn't want my business or didn't want to be bothered on a Friday afternoon. But I found that other local agencies were much more helpful and had no problem finding suitable products for me.

Never heard back with a quote. Called today and she was like I don't even remember speaking to you. (That's good to say to your customer)!! Never did the quotes and then kept asking if I wanted her to run numbers. I was like YES! She said "well I'm just telling you everything is 6 months now, so not sure how much help this will be". I said forget it. You can tell she did NOT want to do her job and run quotes. Had the same thing happen in January with Andrew. I had to call repeatedly to switch my car. I was also told by him that my carrier provided Gap coverage, found out today that was a lie! Do not go here! They are lazy and do not want to work. We will be switching to another agency. We found a more competitive coverage by ourselves and notified the firm that we would not renew with them. Subsequently, the owner accused me of lack of ethics for purchasing our insurance from one of his employees who had left his firm. I told the owner truthfully that I'd had no correspondence with his employee; he subsequently indicated I had lied to him. His approach to customer service was the primary reason why we decided to look elsewhere. Approach with care.
