I know from experience because I was a patient there but never again! I decided to complain to Paula at the executive office but also with the Medicare board. This lady has no business treating the elderly like myself. I'm 73, disabled and have left Cano Health after sending me to another facility following my complaint. It is she who ought to be transferred but Cano will not do that. So they will not receive the fat medicare monthly subsidy because of this person.
