Established in 2012.

Coming from 19 years of experience and thousands of hours working with buyer, sellers and other agents in negotiations we have perfected a system that is successful in nearly every deal. I have worked for both small and super mega brokerages so now I have combined the best of both to create service which is the vital part on every real estate transaction. Mastering many awards and leading our industry in sales volume and list price vs sales price ratio. Attendance of state and national conferences annually keep me apprised of the industry changes so we can quickly implement into our clients marketing and buying strategies. Learning from 4 top brokers over 19 years put me into a place of leadership so that I can pass that to each of the agents at our company. Through training and innovation we have what I consider to Top Producers of the industry.

Meet the Business Owner: Kenneth P.

Grown up in family business I learned the importance of customer service. At 26 I began to find out about investment rental property or ranches. In following that goal I took classes at College of the Redwoods. Taking all the required classes to meet the state requirements I took the California real estate exam. Passing it I went to work learning the craft of negotiation, marketing and real estate analysis. Soon I purchased my own home and rental properties then to help people buy and sell homes, land and investment property. After a few years I became a top agent in our market by sales volume. It took a few more classes to get my Brokers license so I completed them passing in 2001. Thoughts of my own company lingered but I just kept selling, setting and meeting my goals. In 2007 I moved to Washington. I worked for the areas largest broker. Soon began to think of my own company to implement my own ideas. Keeping knowledge from the experiences and perfecting customer service.
