This session included acupuncture and something I've not experienced before ,cupping. Wow, it felt so good when she was sliding the cups over my tight hurting muscles . Like a deep massage but better as it seemed to get deep into the sore muscles. She also used cupping where my PHN pain (post shingles) is and I think it helped relieve some of the excruciating pain.
