When we arrived the receptionist was professionally dressed, efficient, very cheerful and welcoming. The office is clean, comfortable and amusingly decorated with feet. I liked the blue duck feet best. The music was nice too. There were several people ahead of us as we arrived early. Each person was called in order and no one had to wait for very long. The nurse was personable and really knew her stuff. Dr Lyerly came right in, looked the toe over, collaborated with what the nurse had said. He then gave a clear description of his recommendation. He numbed the toe, preformed surgery, bandaged it up, gave us instructions and sent us on our way. The conversation was fun and the whole thing was refreshing. We are going back in two weeks so the dr can make sure all is healing well. Thank you all for your wonderful service. We highly recommend Dr Lyerly and his office.

They make sure that I am not showing signs of diabetic complications that can worsen and become amputated. Throughout the years they have been on top of my healthcare when it comes to my feet. A few times I have had issues with injuries and ingrown toenails and they have made an appointment for me immediately. That last part is what's most important because time is of the essence. The doctors are very caring and professional as well as their entire staff. Everyone is friendly and takes time to explain procedures. After the appointment, I was sent a bill for almost $300 for a mere office visit with no x-rays. Very upset by this. I just called their billing department, and she told me that they had told me the wrong information. If that is the case, the office should be educated as to what to tell potential patients before they decide to spend that kind of money. And, the patient should not be responsible because they were told something completely different. Had I known it would have been that much money, I never would have gone. Very upset!
