The items are returned due to dents but functionality it still work great. Van offered to deliver the refrigerator and a washer for us for a small fee using his pick up truck. We took the other 2 items with our mini-van. All 4 appliances worked great when we tested them at home. Good to know Van will take care of you within 30 days if there is any problem with the appliances. And some small fee for service call with a 3rd party for a year after that. But as long as they work within the first 30 days, you shouldn't have any problem. I highly recommend this store! Great price and great customer service.

I was told that the GE oven was the one that had those options, so it was ordered. After I tried to cook something on the cook top, with no luck, I found out that this cook top was a induction top. NO ONE at that store told me anything about this cook top, nor was it explained. I figured all that out on my own. I called to get them to take it back, because I was within 30 days of buying this oven. I was told that I had 3 days to return it and I should have read that on the delivery paper that I signed when it was delivered. I NEVER SIGNED ANY PAPER!! They said I did but when I asked them to get me a copy of where I signed, they could never find it. So it kind of seems to me that they are being a bit deceptive here with that. So now I have a stove and half of my pots and pans dont work. SO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT YOUR BUYING. I contacted GE to see if there was anything they could do. They could not believe that they wouldn't take it back. They are only worried about turning a fast buck and nothing about customer satisfaction.

I had seen this desk on Facebook and came out to Jefferson to buy it, they showed me the floor model, let me make sure it was what I wanted, and then prepared a brand new one in box for me to take home. The employees even helped us load it into our van, it was a perfect fit. We had a chance to talk to them a bit and they have a lot of great inventory and deals, with new stock coming in frequently. If something is damaged the price reflects it, and they always note it on the tag. I was impressed with the quality and solid build of the furniture, no plywood particle board here. I am so happy with my new desk and will definitely return in the future for more well-made furniture! They also have bedding, mattresses, and some clothing racks if interested.
