So many good things to say about David, it's hard to start. I'm an out-of-state investor, investing…read morein the Chattanooga area and David came highly recommended on multiple investment forums. I now understand why, because the level of knowledge and ability he has to tackle problems is invaluable. David will go above and beyond to make a really bad situation work out. He has expert level knowledge of both the lending/loan world, construction and remodel, rentals, and strategies related to being an agent. I completed a studs out remodel in East Brainerd that was also a multifamily and David knew all the objections and the problems that would arise before they even happened, and in fact he knew more about the loan my buyer was receiving then the lender. David is also extremely professional when it comes to listening to what you want and need and then giving his opinion. Whenever I wanted a specific clause in the contract or i wanted to change something he would give his opinion of what he believed to be the best choice and then leave it up to me to decide. I also respect him because he is the expert and I would ask his opinion and he would tell me what he thinks is best, but also wants to make me happy. Having his knowledge and advice for something I am not familiar with, and trusting his expert opinion was huge. and turns out everything he said was correct and I am glad i went with his advice over my first instinct and my experience from wholesaling. David is not new to Chattanooga, and his roots run deep both with the city government and investors. if you are a flipper, wholesaler, or developer, David knows all the different avenues of real estate and he also knows the pros and cons of each and where they fall short because he is a big time investor himself. I won't say all the things David did to save my ass and helped me not lose my shirt on this first flip of mine, but he did things my contractor would not even do to say the least. Screw buyer's agents, cut 1% off from them and give David 4% because he is worth ever dollar. this man knows so much about investments and if you dont have him on your side, it might be a critical error on something you never saw coming. Not to mention that he has contacts for everything and everyone. I would ask him for a contact and he would send me 5 or more and his experience with them and when the last time he worked with them. Not even my contractor who is my good friend would do something like that. So in closing his network and expertise is now yours, and trust me i have seen a lot of bad agents out there over the years, and to find a good top 1% like David is rare. Can't even find one in my local market of Seattle where agents make double/triple what he makes in Chatt.

We attended our first auction ever at this location. What began as a fun evening quickly devolved…read moreinto a completely unnecessary embarrassment. We did our best to figure out the process and selected items prior to the auction we were interested in. We bid (and won) what we thought was one thing but turned out not to be what we expected. Instead of speaking about it with us personally, we were called out and embarrassed in front of the entire group in attendance. The owner grabbed one of the items back from us and said he would just auction it off again. We were told by the girl at the registration desk to go into a small room off the side to find the items we had won. Then we were yelled at to get out of that very room by the owner. Furthermore we were told we had lied about what we had told them when we went to pick our items up and pay for them. All of this was due to miscommunication and should have been handled in a more professional manner on their part. We felt all they cared about was moving merchandise and not the customers. That's fine. There are plenty of antique stores and auction houses that we will gladly spend our money in, however we will never spend another penny in this place. We left feeling completely mortified, insulted, and embarrassed. That is not the way to attract and retain repeat customers. It is also a surefire way to lose a potential client. There was an item in particular that drew us to this auction, but we were also looking for an auction house to sell many items belonging to a client of ours. What amounted to a $35 item in dispute lost them thousands of dollars in potential sales from what we thought we may allow them to sell. We are now exploring other options for our client. This was our very first auction experience, and it went just ad as it possibly could.
