The project began on August 18, and it has now been 20 weeks, with the work still not completed. Throughout the duration of the project, tools, equipment, and construction materials have remained in our backyard, which has significantly limited our ability to use the space. The ongoing presence of these materials has also made the backyard unsafe for our children to play in, which has been a major concern for our family. Communication from the owner, Cam, has been inconsistent, particularly over the past 8 weeks, with very limited updates regarding progress or completion timelines. The photos attached accurately reflect the current state of the project, including unfinished handrails, missing lattice, outlet covers, door handles and closing arms, and a required support beam that has not yet been installed. While the project initially started off well, our experience over time has been disappointing due to delays, incomplete work, and communication challenges.
