We kind of forgot about it over the past five years, but finally opted to get it fixed through some Yelp research. For starters, this company actually did what we needed and was prompt with communication. They gave us a quote that matched our final bill, and sent someone out to measure and collect a deposit to order the necessary replacement. The whole window replacement clocked in at $300 which was around where I was expecting to pay. For Covid precautions, the guy who came in wore a mask which is pretty normal at this point. I saw a lower Yelp rating after signing on with them and was a little concerned, but nothing about my experience was bad at all. They were timely, efficient, well-priced and I'll look to them for our new house that has a window or two to replace.
