I had no reason not to trust them,but then I got screwed in a major way. I ended up paying $860 for a small windshield. When I called the lady who answers the phone Laura Espinoza, she was extremely rude, condescending, and told me I was an idiot. Please be careful with these people, they are greedy and rude to no end. The guy was an hour late and was rude to my wife and young son. I am so disappointed with these people. ​​

We took it in to have it looked at on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Todd, the owner. We dropped it off the next week to have a full car polishing and repair and paint work to the fender. We picked it up a few days later and it looked beautiful...almost as good as the day we drove to off the lot. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. The repair job was great, and the customer service was excellent. It is not one of those intimidating car repair shops. Just last month I was hit again, this time by the USPS and Carstar was first on my list for getting an estimate. The process took 20 minutes at most and everyone there was friendly and professional.

I understood that with all the ice it could take a little while. after weeks go by I went back and they told me that it was going to be a while longer because they only had one lift to work on the vehicles that are not drivable. I called the insurance company and voiced my concern about finding another shop and they were against that and even said I could have to pay a restocking fee for the parts, so I reluctantly left my vehicle there. A few weeks go by and no one called or contacted us to give any kind of update unless we called and complained about how slow the work was being done. Last week they said it would be ready on Friday provided that the sensor came in for the repair to be complet, so today I was shocked to find out that Carstar actually called and told my wife that the vehicle would not be ready due to a cable kit being needed and it would be wednesday this following week. the insurance company has paid for a rental up until the 9th of this month so it has been an inconvenience for us only having one vehicle for the last two weeks so by the time I will actually get my vehicle back it will have been 44-45 days to me this seems a bit excessive. I don't have money floating around to pay for a rental for 18 days. needless to say this is my way of letting others know not to take your vehicle to the riverside Mo Carstar if it is not drivable they only have one lift and it will take a while if anyone is in front of you to get service. Lacking in communication about only having one lift I would of gone somewhere else.

My Ram never looked better! Their work is flawless. They matched up the Delmonico Red paint perfectly, which is not easy since it is a two tone scheme. They had to replace the bed body. The Ram box lids actually fit better than when my truck was new. Their communication was excellent with almost daily updates and personal phone calls when hiccups happened.
