I received a call from this pharmacy offering to fill my prescription. I was slightly suspicious, and indicated that I needed to talk to the doctor first. Instead, I called my insurance company who said the medication is in fact covered and all I would need to pay is the usual co-pay, which is much less than HealthPro quoted. (The insurance company also offered that they had no record of any inquiry from HealthPro asking about coverage.). I'm not sure what relationship this pharmacy has with the doctor's office (I certainly did not ask the Dr. to use this pharmacy), but before they called me I had never heard of this pharmacy before in my life. Something smells very fishy here. If you are called by this place, do your due diligence first.

Customer service is a disaster and it won't get better. The…read moreorganization as a whole is greedy and corrupt. All the big pharmacies are awful to deal with. Your prescriptions could be delayed due to not being in stock or they have the details wrong no matter what you do to correct them. No one tells you there's a problem. If you ask, you might be told they'll have it on Monday, then next Monday, then next Monday....repeat ad nauseum. You may download their app and see your prescriptions are mysteriously no longer active. You try to reactivate them. Then you call the pharmacy which goes straight to voicemail and they are supposed to call you back in 1 hour. Days will pass with no call back. You may be given the wrong prescription and not be able to replace it. If the manager is out, no one staffed in the pharmacy can do anything for you. Except they do placate you with some b,s, answers to get you to go away...until next time where you will get more b.s. answers to make you think someone cares about your order. Are they hoping you'll die? The pharmacy staff is largely unskilled and incompetent. Understaffed? I don't know. But trying to get your prescriptions could take weeks of frustrating calls, research and petitioning. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. If you just leave and choose a smaller, non-anti-humanity greedy corporate chain, you'll be doing yourself a BIG favor.
