He was in the hospital in Lake Havasu, and within hours they arranged to get him all that he needed, everything delivered, and his transportation home. I can't thank them enough for getting my husband home, which is where he wanted to be. He was aware of his surroundings and so happy to be with me and all the family that were there to say their final goodbyes. The extra day and a half that we got with him was truly a blessing. The nurse that came to the house was an Angel. She treated him with respect and so much kindness. When he passed she stayed with us until the Mortuary came to take him. Having Hospice isn't easy by any means, but it was a blessing to have them available to us. Thank you so very much.

They billed us $32.00 per hour and $64.00 per hour for holidays. 3.25% on top of the outrageous prices if you have to use a credit card and these days who doesnt have to use a credit card. First weeks bill was $2,512.00 second weeks bill was $2,052.00. No this was not for 24 hour care. Yep, $4,564.00 for less than 2 weeks. We should have checked into a respite home. The most expensive place near Bullhead would have been $6,000.00 for 4 weeks. They will suck the blood from their own mothers if they could. Don't be fooled by the kind and gentle images they put up front, they are corporate greed all the way through.

My wife who was suffering with pain from multiple…read moresurgeries (2 knee replacements and a revision, cervical and 2 lumbar) and declining Dementia took a serious downward turn on 3 July. We had been anticipating home hospice and the 4th of July weekend did not look to be a good time to start. I made the phone call anticipating a Voice Mail session. Surprise, Michelle answered and took relevant information. On the Friday Holiday 4th of July I received a call from Harmony liaison Joe Trujillo - he did a DocuSign via email for legal documents. On Saturday the July the 5th Nurse Mia arrived to complete the intake. On Sunday July 6th Nurse Mia did a follow-up visit. This all happened so rapidly and on a big Holiday weekend. There was a following cascade of RN's, CNA, Social worker and religious support. The care and compassion that was delivered was superb. Many many thanks to our dedicated care giving team- Joe, Michelle, Mia, Nicole, Christine and Reverend Solomon who were with us to our dear wife and mother's passing. Watching a loved one's demise with dreaded Dementia is nothing short of agonizing and Team Harmony surely helped relieve some of the burden. Thanks again and a very Well Done!

I can only give accolades for the service we received from this organization. All the personnel had been kind, understanding, empathetic, and helpful in any way they could. They respond to calls for assistance promptly at any time of day. They even take care of you after the death of a loved one and you can call on them for help for up to a year after the loss of a loved one. I truly appreciate all their caring help and highly recommend them.

Lilybeth's organization of Specialists came in and cared for my father in his dying days, with compassion, expertise, and Grace. Alayna provided the utmost gentile ministration. They would clean my father and then massage these amazing oils into his hands, feet, and body. One night my father took a turn for the worse and I was crying and called Lilybeth for help and she responded with, "I will be right there!" and she was! Each aspect of this organization is tailored to your needs. They all work together: the RN's, Lilybeth, the daily caregiving and the ministers who come to minister to any faith. Their wholistic approach left no gaps. And on they day my father passed, Lilybeth's organization worked together from cleaning and preparing him, to organizing the mortuary.
