He was in the hospital in Lake Havasu, and within hours they arranged to get him all that he needed, everything delivered, and his transportation home. I can't thank them enough for getting my husband home, which is where he wanted to be. He was aware of his surroundings and so happy to be with me and all the family that were there to say their final goodbyes. The extra day and a half that we got with him was truly a blessing. The nurse that came to the house was an Angel. She treated him with respect and so much kindness. When he passed she stayed with us until the Mortuary came to take him. Having Hospice isn't easy by any means, but it was a blessing to have them available to us. Thank you so very much.

Nothing but Kudos for Harmony Hospice Las Vegas. My wife who was suffering with pain from multiple…read moresurgeries (2 knee replacements and a revision, cervical and 2 lumbar) and declining Dementia took a serious downward turn on 3 July. We had been anticipating home hospice and the 4th of July weekend did not look to be a good time to start. I made the phone call anticipating a Voice Mail session. Surprise, Michelle answered and took relevant information. On the Friday Holiday 4th of July I received a call from Harmony liaison Joe Trujillo - he did a DocuSign via email for legal documents. On Saturday the July the 5th Nurse Mia arrived to complete the intake. On Sunday July 6th Nurse Mia did a follow-up visit. This all happened so rapidly and on a big Holiday weekend. There was a following cascade of RN's, CNA, Social worker and religious support. The care and compassion that was delivered was superb. Many many thanks to our dedicated care giving team- Joe, Michelle, Mia, Nicole, Christine and Reverend Solomon who were with us to our dear wife and mother's passing. Watching a loved one's demise with dreaded Dementia is nothing short of agonizing and Team Harmony surely helped relieve some of the burden. Thanks again and a very Well Done!

My Aunt Marie Campbell was 97 years old. She was in pretty good health when she entered The Davis…read morePlace in Bullhead City. Her little apartment was very cozy, and the staff kept it very clean. Staff always took care of her needs in a very timely manner. Staff was always very friendly and helpful to my wife and I, and always answered all of our questions and took care of all of our concerns. The staff took note that other than my wife and I, Marie didn't get many visitors. They would always tell my wife and I how happy they were that we came to visit Marie. Marie got very ill and had to be placed on Hospice in just a few months from moving into The Davis Place. She was no longer able to leave the facility, and the staff could tell my wife and I were very depressed. My wife and I spent the night before Marie died in her apartment, and took turns sitting at her bedside, holding her hand. She did not pass away as Hospice thought she might, at that time. I had been up the night before we spent the night at The Davis Place, sitting with my Dad at the hospital in Henderson, NV. The staff at The Davis Place could tell I was very tired, and one of them brought me some food. The staff brought coffee on a regular basis, and always offered my wife and I something to eat. The staff came into Marie's room every two hours and would always apologize for interrupting. But we were always happy the staff was giving Marie medication to keep her from suffering. My wife and I left The Davis Place after being there all night, and I was just too tired to stay up another night, so my wife and I went home at approximately 830 AM. The next morning at approximately 728 AM, I received a call from The Davis Place, telling me my beautiful Aunt Marie had passed. It takes approximately one hour for me to drive from my residence to the Davis Place in Bullhead City. I begged the staff to not let Marie leave before I was able to arrive, and they didn't call Sutton's Mortuary until I had arrived. My wife and I were able to say goodbye to Marie for 45 minutes- to one hour. Mary Grace is so kind and understanding. I am a retired Police Officer and had been told my entire career by the public, "I couldn't do your job." I could not do Mary Grace's job or do the work of any of the Staff. All Staff members were always so kind to all of the residents. To me, it would be very depressing to work with elderly people, especially when they were not in good health. But I was amazed at the patience of all Staff members, and I could tell they had a special gift. I would recommend The Davis Place in Bullhead City, AZ, to anyone who has a family member which requires assisted living. The following is a list of all personnel my wife and I had the pleasure to meet. I hope I remembered everyone that took care of Marie. If I did not recall a Staff member's name, I would like to thank ALL Staff members at The Davis Place for the care my Aunt Marie was given: 1) Mary Grace, Heather, Melissa, Katrina, Kahla, Lynda, Yvette, Evalinda, Leslie, Brianna, Apple, Valerie, Sabrina, Debbie, Tara, Amanda, Marie, Glenn, Heather N, and Alan. Thank you so much again for the wonderful care of my Aunt Marie! You are loved! Kurt and Dottie Russell, Kingman, AZ
