They did not properly treat acute constipation, did not treat a fungal sore on his hip, did not treat him for a nasty sore on his heel, and furthermore, did not inform me of it. For all three problems, I had to step in and rattle them into action. Otherwise, these issues would remain unaddressed. It appears they are just waiting for him to die untreated.

All are caring, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Chaplain Steve visited us the night my FIL died to offer his condolences. They are a smaller organization and I recommend them highly.
