As my mother's needs changed, the staff was eager to help me understand what was happening and how to manage it. After her passing, they took care of everything. This is exactly the care one needs when grieving over the loss of their mother. We will never be able to thank River Valley enough for their outstanding service. Within an hour there was a nurse at my house and in very short order we has what we needed to help my mother in law. Things progressed quickly, but they were there every step of the way to help and to support both my mother in law and the family. I can not say enough about how wonderful they are. Marla and Stephanie came every other week to sit with him for a couple hours ,CNA Jessica came every other day to bath him, RN;s Teri, Tia, Nancy came to check his vitals , Manny the medical equipment guy came out a few times to bring various things. Even though Hospice services were not required for very long, Harmony Hospice provided us care in…read morethe Fort Mohave area. They worked quickly to get my husband home. He was in the hospital in Lake Havasu, and within hours they arranged to get him all that he needed, everything delivered, and his transportation home. I can't thank them enough for getting my husband home, which is where he wanted to be. He was aware of his surroundings and so happy to be with me and all the family that were there to say their final goodbyes. The extra day and a half that we got with him was truly a blessing. The nurse that came to the house was an Angel. She treated him with respect and so much kindness. When he passed she stayed with us until the Mortuary came to take him. Having Hospice isn't easy by any means, but it was a blessing to have them available to us. Thank you so very much.

They billed us $32.00 per hour and $64.00 per hour for holidays. 3.25% on top of the outrageous prices if you have to use a credit card and these days who doesnt have to use a credit card. First weeks bill was $2,512.00 second weeks bill was $2,052.00. No this was not for 24 hour care. Yep, $4,564.00 for less than 2 weeks. We should have checked into a respite home. The most expensive place near Bullhead would have been $6,000.00 for 4 weeks. They will suck the blood from their own mothers if they could. Don't be fooled by the kind and gentle images they put up front, they are corporate greed all the way through.
