They have no qualms about wasting your time. But even the best businesses make scheduling mistakes from time to time, right? It's a small thing. What sets these guys apart is how they handled it. They didn't own the mistake, didn't apologize, didn't attempt to fix it. They buried their heads in the sand, hoping the problem would go away if they ignored it. And that should give anyone pause. The service is wonderful! He showed up on time and called me when he was on the way. He answered all of my questions and did not start on any work until he looked at the issue. He took pictures of everything, including an issue I wasn't aware of. He fixed my shingles and showed me where I had a problem with my pipe collars which were broken down with wear. He gave me several options pricewise and then fixed that issue as well. He took photos before and after and sent me all the pictures online as well. We messaged through yelp within 10-15 minutes after my inquiry and he sent I formation about requesting a time for us to talk by phone, which was for the same day up until an 8pm-10pm time slot. I was so impressed to get a call from Randy. He seemed very knowledgeable and organized and even offered to have someone come out the very next day to fix the leak I had discussed with him. I really wanted a quote and was very much impressed again with his responsiveness. He stated that he would send me a document to review and sign which I ultimately received the next morning. He had basically sent me a contract to sign without having anyone come and look at the job. We spoke Friday afternoon and I explained that I didn't feel comfortable signing a contract and that there must have been some sort of misunderstanding. He explained that it's not cost effective for him to just send someone out for an estimate. He even said that my concern could be one of three things ranging in price from a $125 fix to a whole new roof. After further discussion, he agreed to come out to my house today. Well, there must have been another misunderstanding, because he was a no call no show. What started out as a very customer centered and responsive company was unable to follow through.
