If I could give no stars I would. It was a complete night mare experience! I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience here. I originally brought my car in because there was a leak pouring into the passenger side whenever I turned the wheel. At first, they told me they couldn't figure out the issue, but then called me back and said they wanted to keep the car to continue working on it. The next day, I was told it would be fixed and charged $2,000 for the repair. Not even 2-3 weeks later, my A/C was still blowing hot, meaning the issue clearly wasn't resolved. When I called back, I was then told the leak hadn't actually been fixed and it would cost an additional $500. At that point, I started to lose trust, but I considered paying it since I don't know much about cars. After some time, I called again and kept getting the runaround--being told I'd get a call back and never hearing anything. When I finally got them to look at it again, I was given multiple different diagnoses (evaporator coil, then A/C pump), which didn't match what I originally paid them to fix. The worst part of this experience was the way I was treated. I received a rude voicemail saying "you must be that f***ing important" because I missed a call while I was at work. When I called back, the owner, Michael, was extremely unprofessional--yelling at me and telling me to "get a lawyer" if I wanted anything done, and refusing to take responsibility for the original repair. When I went to pick up my car, they had left my dashboard taken apart, which felt incredibly unprofessional and petty. They also showed me an invoice claiming they couldn't duplicate the leak, which completely contradicts what I was originally told when I paid $2,000. Overall, this experience felt dishonest, disorganized, and very disrespectful. I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicle. read more

After trying to deal with Ford dealerships and their outrageous parts markups and hellish schedules and endless days it would take to complete, I bought my own part and gave it to them and done in 3 hours. For over half the price and dint take 2-3 days like Ford, just 3 hours. I will definitely be using them for everything for now on. No more hour long drives to Ford, just 5 mins down the road. I would not recommend them to nobody. Same brand new part they put on 6 months ago allowed a leak because they put on a loose clamp that did not fit my car in the first place. I went up there to see if they would fix the problem and they still wanted to charge after I gave over 1k to them. Lol even auto zone noticed the lose clamp. Complete Car Care said there was an hole & that was the cause of the leak. Shout to Auto Zone Workers & Brothers Auto Shop for helping me out with loose clamp that wasn't on there before I took it the first time !! read more

While I was living in Statesboro, this place saved my life so many times! They fixed my car quickly and affordably and always kept me posted on progress. I recently moved to Texas and a part that I had replaced at Complete Car Care over the summer went bad so I had to get it replaced locally. The part was under warrantee, but not the labor. Michael, the owner, was kind enough to cover the cost of labor and get my car running again. He has always offered to talk with anyone on the phone and give his opinion on the problem and their suggested solution to give his opinion on the cost and if it is a good idea. I always recommended this place while I lived locally, but now, even from Texas I still give this place my highest recommendation. read more

The events that transpired today is sad! The owner harassed and provoked two young black males that were having minor car troubles on his "property." Threatened to call the police just because they ran out of gas at the exit/entrance of his "property." It's almost as if he wanted them to retaliate so that he could harm them. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I have NEVER been treated as poorly or disrespected as badly as a paying customer as I was by Complete Car Care. I took my car in and paid $145.61 for them to fix what they said was a clog in my A/C. The A/C continued to leak into the floor board but it was colder outside so I wasn't using it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took it back months later with the same issue. The front desk employee took my contact information down and said they'd call when they diagnosed the problem. I was fine with paying the diagnostic fee if it could help resolve the issue. I dropped my car off in the early morning and still hadn't heard anything after lunch so I called and was told my car had already been fixed. I have never had any work done on my car at another car business in which i didn't approve the charge before they fixed it. When I got to Complete Car Care they gave me a bill of $341.63 for work they had already completed without my approval. The owner, Michael, came to the desk and said he had tried to contact me but when he showed me the text thread the number was not mine. He said the front desk employee must have entered it wrong (not an excuse to work on the car before getting approval). I realized my A/C was still leaking fluid into my passenger floorboard so my husband called them today to see if they could resolve the issue we have now paid for them to fix TWICE without actually fixing it. The owner was HORRIBLY rude and told my husband that he could come to the business and handle it in person like a man. I was shocked and called the owner back myself since I had been the one present at each car service. The owner was so incredibly rude. He told me that "this isn't Chickfila" and he's "not in the business of customer service". He told me that he "wouldn't have paid the bill" in my situation. I still can't believe the owner of a business said he would not have paid a bill to his business if the same situation happened to him. If he wouldn't have paid the bill then obviously he knows he did something wrong. I cannot remember a time in which anyone has spoken to me as rudely as he did or been and i have never had a business tell me they don't care about customer service. My coworkers heard the conversation and could not believe how rude he was either. Needless to say, I will NOT ever be going back there after wasting $487.24 and will tell everyone I know to choose a business that actually repairs your car when you are a paying customer and cares to fix their mistakes if the car still isn't fixed. read more

I dropped my car off on Monday December 16. I was promised that the work would be completed by the afternoon of Wednesday, December 18. When I went to the shop on the afternoon of December 18, my vehicle was not ready, as the incompetent owner, Michael Nordeoff, had ordered the wrong door for my car. He assured me my vehicle would be ready by the next afternoon, and gave me his word that it would without question be done by the afternoon of December 20. On the afternoon of December 20, I arrived to the shop, and the only person there was the secretary. She told me my car wasn't ready. I tried to call Michael, but he did not answer any of my calls, even though I could see via the message receipts that he had read my text messages. I finally received my car the next afternoon at 3PM, even though Michael had promised me the night before that it would be done by 11AM. Michael is a poor businessman, awful at customer service, and a bald-faced liar. He consistently and continually lied about when the car would be ready. Even his employees didn't have anything positive to say about him. Do not take your car to Complete Car Care, unless you want Michael Nordeoff to steal it indefinitely. read more
