My car broke down on 26 at 10:00 pm and it was scary- I was just able to get to the shoulder and as…read morecars passed no one moved over or slowed down. I called AAA and they estimated their expedited response would be 1:30 am. Life360 roadside couldn't send a tow unless I knew where to have it towed. Being from out of town I had no idea where to tow it. Got on Yelp, called Davidson Towing and he answered right away, told me not to worry he'd be there in 20-30 mins. He arrived as promised, got my car on the flatbed and took it back to his shop to be kept overnight. He has a calm and reassuring demeanor which was much appreciated. He took at look at the obvious culprits for my car breaking down and wasn't able to spot anything so he worked the next day to find a solution but wasn't able to. (We took it to Chevy and they couldn't either - something electrical that we hope was just a loose terminal to the battery which was tightened.) Thank you Dustin for rescuing me - much appreciated!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!…read more Dustin and his "uncle" have swindled me out of about $2000 indicating that they could service an engine that they could not service. Then convincing me to buy a new engine that they installed. When the car overheated, Dustin gave wrong advice on how to keep the car from overheating. And we are now having to get every seal replaced in the newer engine. Bolts were missing, including all for the motor mount. I am now having to spend that money again to get the engine repaired. Edited to remove the he said she said but still would like to know why he cared what her parents (me and her dad) do for a living... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND COMPANY! Take this for what it's worth - if you want a response after he does crappy work and blocks you, a review is the only way to get a response from him. Maybe he could call and discuss this like a reputable company instead of asking his uncle for permission to take accountability and make a refund. Dustin - My messages show that I picked it up on 2/2 and on 2/3 my daughter texted that she was broke down on the side of the road. Your response was that you would pick it up with your tow truck. On the 5th you picked it up. On 2/7 you recommended wiring the car to have fans in at all times because he couldn't get them to turn on when the temp hits "210" degrees. As far as waiting this long to write a review, I have had it in the shop for a month getting seals placed, and bolts added that were neglected on your part, Dustin. I'm still waiting on the total so expect in the next month an update with a total of how much your inadequacies cost me.

I asked for a…read moreVibram soles and was shown a catalog and selected specific soles to be used and was told they had to be ordered. I was also told that I had to pay up front for the repair. I asked if they'd be ready for Thanksgiving or soon after and was told it could take a bit, but no date could be given. I came back two weeks later and the shoes hadn't been worked on. I was told that it takes a while to take off the original soles. I came back two weeks after that and the shoes were still in the same place, unfinished. The third time I came to check on the repair, they couldn't tell me when they'd be finished and yelled at me when I asked when the boots would be finished. Since they hadn't started on them, I asked for my boots back and was told that I should take them and that I wouldn't be getting my money back so I told them then that they needed to finish the job. The two shopkeepers yelled at each other about promising a date that the repair would be ready, which got really heated. After this I left the shop. On 1/4/18 I finally received a call that my boots were ready to pick up. They did a very sloppy job putting the new soles on. Contact cement was everywhere--they had to sand it off and the stitching they did on the welt which was already coming apart. Also, they repaired the shoe with a completely different and less expensive sole than what I ordered. I ordered a specific sole made by Vibram. When I said I wasn't satisfied with the work, I was screamed at, told I was ignorant, would not get a refund, should leave the shop, and that I was never welcome back. When I returned to my office, I tried on the boots. The shoes felt like I was walking on marbles. They are extremely lumpy and not wearable. All in all, not a great experience.
