In my world, being on time is being polite, especially when there is medical paperwork involved. Things went South from there. I found Dr. Sperry uniquely unfriendly, impolite, unwelcoming, and otherwise less than fully interested in seeing patients. Her repeated statements that she is ready to retire were another red flag. I imagine some patients don't care if their chiropractor is abrasive or condescending, but it certainly didn't work for me. I don't think I've ever had such a bad interaction with any medical provider, after many years of being a patient. I suggest you look elsewhere if you are in pain and needing some help.
