I love this office and would recommend anyone to come here! The staff here is so awesome...they are more like family and always make me feel like part of their family when I'm here. From the time I open the front door I'm always greeted with a warm a welcoming smile along with my name from lacy at the front desk. She always try to assist me getting in and out the building because I was having trouble walking. Then we have our wonderful ladies Hannah, Shy, and little Lady in the back that works with me one on one or as a team. It doesn't matter which of them works with me we have a blast. Time goes by so quickly laughing and talking with them. And to finish off my visit for the day we have Doctor Goodwin she is so caring and wonderful. I know sometimes I can be a little bit too much for them.... but know matter what attitude or personality I bring there. These ladies never change and always stay professional... Shy, Lady, Dr. Goodijohn, Jay, Walter, Mary and a few others are amazing. They treated my family and myself so kindly from day one, like we have known each other for years. They listen to your concerns and address them asap, always keeping me in the loop. Getting ahold of the office is very easy, scheduling is very easy. They are on top of scheduling specialists appointments and making sure to get you sooner appointments if they are booked out. The office is very clean, involved in holidays with decorating, plays good music daily for patients to listen to while doing PT. The team over at IPM are amazing! Words cannot describe the perfection, service, organization, and patient care that comes from the staff over at IPM. I went into the office on a referral basis after my car accident. I was quickly seen by the medical staff and felt I was in good hands and on my way to a fast recovery. The staff at Lake Mary is fantasti. Kat, Cheyenne, and Dr. Goodijohn are fantastic with working with me with my therapies and on my back. I just had my 3rd re-exam today and I am proud to say that I have graduated to just 1 day a week of therapy even with multiple herniated disks between my neck and back in just a couple of months. Consistency is key to feeling better and both Cheyenne and Dr. Goodijohn have given me great advice on how long to ice my spine during flare ups as well as ways to keep my back straight during long classes. read more

I just started attending the Longwood location for back pain. The team here is courteous and knowledgeable. The environment is comfortable. The team here will educate you on your health and treatment plan. You do not ever have to feel uncomfortable asking a question. Customer service is wonderful and welcoming.
