Have had it for 5+ years. Loved it, however, because I set it up at an former workplace, my email address/password no longer existed. AND, I forgot the user name and password. Therefore, I couldn't gain access to use the iPad!! OK I thought, I will call Apple Support, which was done. For 3 bloody years I fussed with all of their antics in their tech department with no less than 3 different senior engineers. None of them could tell me how to get access, break into it, change password because the old email address was no longer in existance. Nevermind how much useless time I spent with those BoBos who told me they definitely help me----WELL THEY COULD NOT!! Their advice: Buy a New iPad!! Along came a mutual friend of me and Jack. The corrupted files had been affected by a virus and the computer running slow was from mal-ware, also the loose dc jack needed to be replaced and re-soldered. I thought this was going to be very expensive. They did a free diagnostic charge and told me they could take out the old dc jack and solder a new dc jack in. Also they would fix the corrupted files. Then again, had I not posted online, the issues would have gone to the wayside. I had my battery changed and now l have 2 Apple warnings. They are both for improper parts used. I am going to bring it back in and talk to the person who fixed it. I do not like having red warnings showing on my phone. I ended up buying a new I Phone from Apple. No authorized Apple Dealer would fix the problem. The replacement battery was put in cheaply, and Apple would not touch the phone. The service person will not listen to you. The owner will talk to you and tell you they do authentic Apple batteries, but the foreign kid behind the counter does not comply. Do NOT bring your Apple phone to this place. Bring it to an Apple authorized dealer!
