Have had it for 5+ years. Loved it, however, because I set it up at an former workplace, my email address/password no longer existed. AND, I forgot the user name and password. Therefore, I couldn't gain access to use the iPad!! OK I thought, I will call Apple Support, which was done. For 3 bloody years I fussed with all of their antics in their tech department with no less than 3 different senior engineers.
