He never got on the roof, although it was wet that day so I understand, but he said that he had pegged the issue and would be able to have it fixed within a week. The explanation never quite made sense to me but I trusted that he knew what he was talking about. I followed up after a week when I hadn't heard back and was given a bit of a dismissive reply that it was wet that particular day so they couldn't do anything. I followed up again 2 weeks later when I still hadn't heard anything and didn't get a response until about a month later, but it was too late. In the meantime, I got a quote from another roofer who had gotten onto the roof and found out that there was a bullet that had gone through our roof about halfway up, which was causing the water leak problem. Keith's recommended fix wouldn't have fixed this issue, unfortunately. I guess it was a blessing in disguise that we were pretty much forgotten because we were able to get the issue fixed.

We even had a company telling us they needed one month to so this work! Within One week Meredith framed, sheet rock, finished our 3 walls, and one was really hard to design. On time like Swiss clock. Yes they are quite booked and have waiting list, but believe me, it is worth the wait, sometimes we want fast and end up with the wrong team. What I appreciated as well is that they are not mercenaries of work, they take jobs one after one and do not csncel you because you are small, or not a mansion or else. HONESTY all the way. I am pretty particular about the quality of work I allow in my home and my rental properties. I come from a construction background, but hate to drywall. On August 13, 2020, I paid him the retainer fee in the form of a direct transfer from my Bank of America Account to his account that he requested in the amount of $350 and the balance of $450 when the job was completed. Christopher Russell assured me that the plans would be complete in 2 days. After about 3-4 days I contacted Chris and requested the floor plans he told me that he would have my plans submitted on Monday, August 17, 2020. On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, asked for the plans he told me that he wasn't finished. Then he kept giving me the run around. I ask him to at least send me a picture that he even started the job, nothing. After that, he would not answer my calls, text messages, or emails. It wasn't until August 25, 2020, when he saw that I left reviews about his business on Yelp and his Facebook page that he called me and demanded I take down my reviews. He also threatens to keep my money and floor plans unless I took down the reviews. He then went onto my social media and in retaliation posted things about me. Mr Russell is now claiming to have my floor plains but is refusing to give them to me or even show me anything that he has "supposedly" started. He is maliciously keeping the floor plans that I have paid for and is costing me money as I have hired a contractor to do the work that I can not get done on the start dates and I have lost my deposit with the contractor that is to start my work in the amount of $1500.00. I now have to pay rent for a space that I can not occupy in the amount of $3000.00 because the floor plans are not given to me. I also spoke with Georgia secretary of state and found that Christoper Russell is not a licenced artictect, not a contractor licenced to work on Commercial spaces but residential spaces. Christopher Russell is not an architect and I would not be able to use these drawings because they have to be done by a licenced Architect in the state of Georgia and the drawing myst have a wet stamp along with a signature from a licenced architect. I went on his company's facebook, yelp and google I noticed other people were complaining that he ripped them off. I got in touch with a women listed on his website and she confirmed that he is a scam artist that no longer works for him and that other people are complaining and waiting on their money back. Zack Blain was another person that I noticed left a review on his facebook reveiw ("Chris is a nightmare of a person. Do not bring him your business. He has a serious drug problem and needs help. B E W A R E! After many red flags during my chimney liner install , (including the rudest…read moresupervisor I have ever come in contact with) I decided to hire a third-party just to make sure it was installed correctly and it was safe for use. As suspected, the install was very far from being safe and not to code. They actually attempted to install the wrong type of liner. They removed a chimney cap without my knowledge leaving it open to rain and animals. They connected to a corroded gas line which caused a gas leak resulting in having to call the emergency line over the weekend to come and cut the line and install a valve. They also installed the gas key in the middle of my hardwood floors in front of my hearth with no communication of where they were going to install it. The supervisor sat in his truck the whole time smoking cigarettes with zero communication except a couple cuss words to a few other guys working at my house. I am a contractor. I have a lot of tolerance for contractors. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and dangerous situation this has caused to my home. If you have used them I would urge you to have your own inspection done before continuing to use your fireplace.
