I waited 2 1/2 months for a new patient visit. Did all the online paperwork. Listed the three reasons I was here. None of them especially difficult or complicated. I'm 62. Everything's well managed. Basically cancer screening, skin check, and possible refills for some lotion with a chronic issue. Got here. Checked in and they advised me they can only see me for 1 thing each appointment. Again, I've been seeing a dermatologists for about 40 years. I've never had a dermatologist office tell me they would only see me for 1 thing at a time of something this simple. In other words, if you come and you have to take PTO to be off work for the visit, you're going to have to do it for every issue. Not really liking the vibe in the office either. I am a busy ENT/Facial Plastic Surgeon in the area. I happened to be off for the Juneteenth holiday and that morning remembered I had a dark lesion on my back. I called at 10 and was seen at 11:45. I expressed I wanted a shave biopsy to see what it was. The office is beautiful. The check in process was efficient and easy. The service was very pleasant and professional. The medical assistant and PA were awesome. The biopsy was easy and after seeing the picture my girlfriend too I am very happy the PA too the entire thing off. They even saw my girlfriend the same day after she complained of some irritating lesions on her back. They froze them. It was a great experience. She is professional, thorough and explains things clearly. Although Dr. Kemmy has many accomplishments like going to Yale and writing books, she's humble, warm and approachable. The office is beautiful, the building is nice and new, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This place is wonderful and I have had several great experiences at Complete Dermatology. The office is beautiful and the staff at check-in are always welcoming and efficient. I've seen 3 doctors there (Drs. Brantley, Bumgardner and Mokaya) and they are all very personable, knowledgeable, caring and thorough. My skin issues were addressed perfectly, and I will now be bringing my teenagers here for their acne. DO NOT GO HERE. They nearly tried to kill me. I had an easy cyst removed on the back of my leg. When it was removed it had popped and they didn't clean it out at all and then stitched it shut. Within hours my leg was in so much pain. The next morning before they opened, I emailed them asking for antibiotics and sent them pictures but within hours the infection got worse. I ended up the next day in the ER. The ER Dr. couldn't believe how horrible my leg was. He gave me a IV antibiotic and called me in a stronger one. Long story short I ended up getting C.diff all the strong antibiotics. Had to see a Gastro Dr. because of the C.diff. Who also looked at my leg and he couldn't believe what they did to me. After rounds and rounds of medicine to try and get rid of the C.diff I ended up having to go to a disease infection Dr. All of this could have been avoided had they cleaned out my leg properly when the cyst was removed. I did go in and talk to Alyson the office manager and she discussed my case with the Dr.'s. They took ZERO accountability for what was done to me. I do not like giving 1 star reviews but if I it is important for others to know what happened to me. Thankfully I am fine now and the Cdiff is gone but it was really scary. read more

Gosh - I am not sure where to start. Visited the office in the Heights. Saw Dr. Schlichte. Wow! That's all I can say. WOW! The service was unbelievably fast, efficient caring. I'd been having some weird allergic reaction to a couple tick bites (don't ask). I got treated and had a prescription in hand and feeling real relief within an hour. Yesterday went in again. Much better now but still got an issue. (Freaking ticks)! Got treated by doc and a quick biopsy procedure and out the door. These people are awesome! Later that day I had a concern that nurse Lupe told me I could come in and they'd take a look. They were aware I was headed out of town for long weekend ahead and wanted to make sure I was cool as Ice while I'd be away. Did I mention these people are awesome? Walked in, got whisked into a room, got examined and patched up quickly and sent on my way. WOW- AWESOME! read more

I have been to Complete Dermatology twice, once to The Woodlands, Texas location on October 31, 2022 and once to the Conroe, Texas location on October 31, 2023. Both visits were for itching scalp and minor itching on the neck and ears. Not to bad but just enough to annoy and cause discomfort. The wait in the Waiting room was around 30 minutes (this is 30 minutes past the appointment scheduled time to be there) for both visits. Which I think is way too long for such a highly rated clinic. The first visit, I get into the examination room and wait there for 15 minutes till the assistant comes and chats for a few minutes, the doctor comes in 7 minutes later and I get 10 minutes (max) with her. They hand out some samples and a prescription for shampoo for my scalp. Okay great, thanks. Checking out I get handed a bill for $263.00 to pay before I leave. Sounds over the top but I figure first visit there is paperwork they need to do, etc. Then a few days later I get a bill for $16.11, I pay it because what do you do. Not going to spend my day running down $16.11. My United Health Care insurance plan Discount $330.95 from this 5 Star rated Dermatology organization. Total first time visit of $605.78, how does Complete Dermatology justify a bill like this? Then have a 5 Star rated Dermatology organization? Next visit on October 31, 2023, same wait time in the Waiting Room (30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time) then move to 10' x 10' exam room wait there for 15 minutes for visit from assistant for a few minutes. Then the doctor comes in for visit and looks at my itching skin with her cell phone light (cell phone light? They do not have exam lights?) few minutes with her and another sample cream and out I go to a $16.11 bill. Then today I am informed that I owe $109.01 for what I am not sure because when I look for the breakout, I get no details. Total of second visit of $253.23. Two visit and total of $859.01, how is this possible? Total of 20 minutes with the doctor, that is $42.95 a minute and she uses a cell phone light to look at my ailment? I am blessed with excellent skin and this is what I get. What the heck does Complete Dermatology charge people with real and debilitating ailments? Where is the sanity in this Money driven health care system. B.S. read more

Waited three months for appointment. Confirmed two weeks out. Got to appointment and Dr. wasn't even at location.

I'm so upset with the care I got. They really made me feel unseen. I went to the one in the woodlands they examined me and told me I need to get lab testing so the can prescribe me some meds. I go, and then they end up sending me to the office in Conroe . I go thinking this is where I will get my meds. they make me pay again for another examination ! Only to tell me the same thing the other office told me and I let it go. They said they would send my prescription for my psoriasis in. I expressed how much pain I was in and thought finally I will see some relief. About a month goes by and I hear nothing ! I call and ask what the status was only to be told to let them see and then call the pharmacy. The only reason they said for me to hold is because they never sent it in . I call the pharmacy to verify and yes they had just received it. I'm in pain with open wounds that won't heal and crying and they forgot to send in my prescription... they were quick to make me pay for a second unnecessary visit though. read more

My appointment was for 12:15, Got there early to fill out any paper work, there was no one at the front desk to greet me.The girl didn't even greet me she just said "name" gave me paperwork to fill out, I filled out the paperwork. Took a while to call me to see the doctor. Took me to the back room asked me a couple of questions. I decided to get up and leave because all I could hear was all of the employees chitchatting not one of them came to let me know that the doctor was running late, so unprofessional,I will never come here again I have no idea why this facility has five stars ,that is the only reason why I came here, I should have listened to all of the reviews, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, will never be coming here again ever again. read more
