I was at first hesitant to try them because they don't have many reviews and cost more than my local car wash would charge for detailing, but I gave them a try because the reviews they do have are stellar and they come to you. I really wanted my car deep cleaned and because they do the work on-site you can consult with them. I was not disappointed and here's why: 1. Overall, Frank and Steve did a great job detailing my car. Their website is very transparent in terms of pricing. I opted for the gold package along with the engine bay detail. For my 2021 Honda Civic HB Sport, the overall completion time for my selections was 2 hours. Since I don't have a driveway space available, the Complete Detailers team provided a drive-in location to drop my car off for the detailing. After a quick walkthrough of my car and noting what I needed them to pay attention to, Frank reassured me that they would keep my reminders in mind as they worked on my car. The results are attached as pictures. My only complaint was that the trunk space was still dirty, and after removing the trunk mat I could see it was not vacuumed underneath. -- UPDATE!!! : Complete Detailers went the extra mile to address my concern with the trunk! Frank and Steve set up a follow-up visit to vacuum the missed area. Thankfully, the team was able to come out to my location and correct the issue the day following the original detail day. Mistakes can happen, but the customer service experience Complete Detailers provided to compensate for my concerns was truly outstanding. Excellent service! The guys were super professional and showed up on time. I booked with Complete Detailers in hopes to get stains removed from a used car I purchased. The service was strictly just an interior job. They were able to remove almost all of the stains and disclosed the ones they weren't able to remove (Kenny said one of the 'stains' may actually have been burn marks) with a walkthrough of the car after the fact. Completely fine and I appreciate the transparency. It looks way better than it previously did. **Will update the review with better pictures when the seats dry/on a sunny day. :-) Super happy with the results! Bought a used Honda Odyssey that was dirty and messy which left us at a complete loss. Reached out via text the night before and they were quick to respond and scheduled us for the next day. We got the full interior detail service and was more than satisfied with their work. We had to drop off the car at their location in Flushing but they were flexible with the times we could drop off the car and very responsive throughout the whole service. My experience was awesome, I reached out asking for a quote and scheduled the next available appointment. Here is a quick and short review I got a exterior wash, interior clean and ask for buffing to remove light scuffs The whole process was approximately 3 hrs. They arrived with a van and had their own water supply (2 man crew). They did an exceptional job, they walked me around my car and showed me what they were able to remove and what they couldn't. I recently acquired a used car recentlt, that desperately needed detailing. The previous owner lived at the beach and had a dog. There was sand, dog hair, sun tan oil and makeup stains throughout, in addition to 10 years of the time in which the car was never cleaned. Wow! If I could recommend one car detailing service for the rest of my life it would be these guys! My car has seen better days for sure; having two large dogs go in my car for the last 9+ years has definitely left scratches, stains and marks on the leather seats.
