Curious to see why this occured he looks to his right and sees that his entire drink has disappeared into the crevice below the passenger seat. What does he do? He takes it to a car wash near his job to vacumm it out and it looked ok. Until, he goes to park his car and hears the liquid sloshing around below the floor boards. His next step is to go to a car wash detailer that makes it look pretty, vacumms out the liquid, but a smell develops because of the milk that was in his beverage. Suffice to say we were not impressed and needed to find a solution ASAP. He found reviews for Clean Image on Google and based on the webiste's description of the odor removal process it was the best choice. The entire cleaning took three days. They had to remove the passenger seat to get under the carpet and do the ozone odor removal process. When we got the vechicle back it was a pleasure to take breath of air that wasn't laced with the odor of rotting milk. We would highly recommend this company for anyone who is in the need of an odor removal for a beverage mishap like ours.

I called Clean Image; Jack answers the phone and we made an appointment to bring the car to him in Huntington for an estimate. My father brings the car to Jack, I was able to speak to Jack over the phone via Facetime. The interior has four years of cigarette smoke build up. The interior is gray, but when we dropped it off to Jack, it was tan. Jack was very professional and very detailed. He showed me the equipment that he uses to shampoo the fabric and carpet. He showed me the chemicals he uses to clean the interior. His recommendation for the ozone to kill the cigarette smell, and offer to run the ozone for an hour. Priced very reasonable. and I would highly recommend Jack. Being three hundred miles away, he provided me with regular updates, sending me photos of his progress to keep me in the loop. I would strongly caution anyone against using this detailing company. I had my car detailed by them…read moreand it came back with major damage. In addition to scratches all over the roof and spoiler, they used chemicals and cleaners that should not have been used on my vehicle. This resulted in permanent stains on the exterior trim, staining throughout the wheel wells, and blotchy marks across the leather and interior trim. Another professional detailing company evaluated the vehicle and provided a written report. That report states the entire car now needs to be redone inside and out just to correct these mistakes, with an estimated cost of $400. That figure does not include the roof repair, which was estimated at an additional $500, the paint damage on the side mirror at approximately $100, or the cost to replace the permanently stained trim pieces... not to mention that they also ruined the carpeting in my trunk from cleaning it way too aggressively. I was also informed that the scratches on the spoiler and roof went through both the clear coat and the paint, which means those areas will require complete sanding and repainting to be properly corrected. To make matters worse, I later learned that the owner, Adam, is only 20 years old and that his LLC was created just two months before my appointment. In my experience, Adam handled the situation very poorly. Rather than taking responsibility, he was dismissive and argumentative, and he showed no willingness to make things right. He even had his father do the detailing work on my car. After I raised these issues, his communication became extremely unprofessional. He repeatedly texted me in a very unprofessional and immature manner, told me that because my security camera was not working I had no proof, and refused to cooperate in resolving the damage. I did eventually receive a refund for the original detailing charge, but it took significant back and forth just to get that much. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. If you care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company and taking your business elsewhere.
