Hired to do an 11 month builders warranty inspection. The inspector came out, looked a few things…read moreover and told me a report would be forthcoming. The website advertises 11 month builders warranty inspections exactly what I needed as well as advertises a 24 hour turnaround on the report after waiting an entire week with multiple attempts to contact I had gotten no responses. when I finally did get a response, it was to inform me that he was refunding the fee that I had paid and said that he could not provide me with a report due to some insurance liability issues. there was a complete lack of professionalism with very little communication, mostly in the form of text messages. he should have referred me to another inspection service if there was any question on whether or not he would be able to provide a report instead of wasting my time.
